Great service from start to finish!!! My bedroom set was delayed a few days but it was worth the wait!! The staff kept me informed the entire time. The sales team at American Signature (Camp Creek) was fantastic. Wynona helped me with every step of my sale with a great attitude. The young lady who sits in the back (I forgot her name) where you make payments was very pleasant and professional as well. I had a complicated order and both ladies handled it with ease.

The delivery guys Joshua and Travis were so cool. They worked well with each other and quickly unloaded my 4 piece bedroom set (which consisted of several heavy boxes). They were super professional and efficient. My bedroom set was set up very quick and I am in love with my set!!! I would definitely recommend these two to deliver and set up your furniture and I would definitely recommend the Camp Creek location for your furniture needs!! Thanks!!!

It’s the customer service for me!! Yes, they have beautiful furniture and good prices but I’m BIG on customer service and sales representative Shay has that on lock! If you want attentiveness, product knowledge, honest amounts and discounts ask for Shay! She not only sold us a sectional that was just put out on the show room floor but she also called us and informed us of other discounts that helped us buy more furniture. Go here first before you go anywhere else. You will leave happy.

American Signature was the place for us! After searching tirelessly for months to find a couch, we walked right in and found the perfect one. We are so happy and couldn’t have done it without Yaya’s help. If you need the perfect couch with the perfect price, look no further than American Signature.

The delivery from the gentlemen (Shawn and Charles) who came here was exceptional and quick. I appreciate them taking the time to put everything exactly where I wanted them. As for the scheduling part — the company rescheduled my delivery without notice and I took off from work when I didn’t have to. Had I been properly notified I could have made better arrangements and not miss 2 days of work. Aside from that, the actual delivery was smooth and hassle free once the new delivery date was confirmed and they actually arrived the second time around. They claim to have waived $100 off the delivery fee — we shall see. Anyway, overall — I love this sectional, arm rest and ottoman!!!

I recently made a major purchase at American Signature Furniture at the Smyrna Cobb Parkway location. Ms. Harris did an excellent job ensuring that my furniture was delivered and set up properly. Her professionalism and care was beyond measure. She contacted me with every step that was going on with my furniture. She even called to let me know that she received pictures and that the set was beautiful. This made us do another major purchase with American Signature Furniture at Smyrna with Ms. Harris the Store Manager and my phenomenal salesperson, Mamie! I
would refer anyone to American Signature Furniture at the Smyrna location to purchase quality furniture. This is truly a great place to buy furniture.

I was greeted by Shay, I told her what my price and size range was and she directed me accordingly, she also gave me space to browse on my own. The checkout process was fairly quick and easy, the shipping date was as promised. They came about 45 mins early which was cool but I was 😴 lol. Love my new couch!

Yaya was great, knowledgeable, patient and informative. I didn’t expect to find anything in “The Hood” but was pleasantly surprised. We bought 2 beds and extras! Thank you for the quick and easy transaction!

A special thanks to Ms. Shay and Mr. Delon as both were very personable, patient, and very kind. Although they had other customers, our experience was as if we were the only. Their prices are very competitive as well! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience with Wynona Ely at the Camp Creek Marketplace location. She really listened, showed me options I hadn't considered and helped me get the most amount of discounts available. Don't forget to check the Clearance room guys. It was a fantastic shopping experience.

Thrilled with all my beautiful furniture selections . I love my Bellini reclining sectional and Charleston Queen bed, dresser with mirror and bedside tables. Travis and Joshua have handled my deliveries perfectly. Viernes, Cici and the rest of the crew in customer service are outstanding. Donnie and team with Truck. #1 did an awesome job setting up my sectional they were quick, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I absolutely love this set! It seems very firm and steady and will last me for a long time. I'm very happy with it!

This review is all about the carpenter/repairman CARLOS!!!! Dude is phenomenal!! The leg was chipped on my dining room chair, and he repaired it to where it looked brand new and manufactured made!! My mind was blown!! 🤯🤯 I wish I had the before pictures, so you could really see how much work he did. He also fixed my headboard and storage drawer that were loose - knocked that out in like 15 mins. Super polite, but truly a master of his craft!!! Great work Carlos!!!
