We recently had the pleasure of visiting Floormasters, and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner Engin, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist us in finding the perfect flooring solution for our home.

Floormasters’ showroom showcased an extensive range of flooring options, from hardwood and laminate to luxury vinyl and tile, and carpets. The quality and diversity of their products immediately set them apart from other stores we had visited.

What truly stood out, however, was the level of expertise demonstrated by Engin. I highly recommend Floor Masters for your flooring projects. Engin, the owner, greeted us when we came in, took time to educate us on options to best match our needs, and made recommendations on quality, durability, and aesthetics based on his considerable experience with similar completed projects. He has a large selection of flooring, but focused on finding us the best match, which turned out not to be the most expensive product (highly professional and much appreciated). A large bonus was that his prices are competitive regardless, and his team installed the project quickly and efficiently. Engin also worked seamlessly with our three-season deck conversion project contractor to be sure materials were delivered and the install took place before Christmas - a goal he was excited to achieve from the moment he thought it might be possible. Following the project, we ordered more flooring to have another box on hand for the future, and Engin gave us an excellent price on that, too. He even carried the flooring to our car! I can't say enough good things about Floormasters! I was looking at two different LVPs, in order to replace carpet and match the existing LVPs I have in my home. Engin, the owner, took the time to walk me through the complexities of my project, offering different solutions to make sure I can achieve what I wanted within my budget. Thanks to his advice, I now have beautiful LVP floors upstairs and downstairs, and stunning hardwood stairs & foyer. It has really transformed the look of my home. I have received nothing but compliments from friends who visited! The whole process was smooth, and Engin was always quick to respond.

Additionally, Edouardo, their project lead who was on site, was always patient and addressed every question that I had. He came back to fix a few minor issues, was not only efficient but also took the time to explain how to properly care for the new floors, which was incredibly helpful.

I looked at 3 different flooring stores and only this store treated me like they wanted my business and knew their product. Engin is the owner and he took the time to ask questions about what type of flooring I was looking for. He even wanted to know the colors of the walls to give his best recommendation on what floor color would go best. His prices were reasonable with other stores. I also used his recommended crew to install the floor. Unlike other crews this one could actually work on bathrooms too! They were a good crew. They started work the same week I placed the order. The project took an extra day more than anticipated to finish but that wasn't a big deal as I had added some buffer time just in case. There were also some minor issues with some transition strips and molding but they were taken care of with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend FLOORMASTERS and its owner Engin for any flooring projects. I would also use them again if I needed more floors done.

we randomly stopped in as we were In the area getting a flooring quote and wanted to get one more quote. we walked in and Engin greeted us and gave us great advice, which was needed when choosing a new floor. He even dropped off a sample the next day when we asked to get a quote. His team came out and their knowledge, honest feedback, and customer service really felt like they had our best interest and knew what woukd be best in our home as we had some decisions to make. We were put at ease and handled with care. They even came back after install to fix an issue. They came in 20 Min and reassured us we could call anytime. I cannot rate this company and Engin any higher. We worked with 3 different companies and nothing compared to their servic, knowledge, and prices!

I am very satisfied with my floors and the whole experience. I was referred to Floormasters by another satisfied customer, and I was not disappointed. Engin answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about moving forward with the flooring I had picked out. He allowed me to take home a large sample which was great to visualize what the floors may look like in different rooms and during different times of day. The installation team was very professional and friendly. They moved quickly and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this whole team!

We went with Floormasters because of the great reviews we read and were not disappointed! Engin was very helpful from the start and helped us pick out the perfect floor to replace our old hardwoods with. We had top-notch service from beginning to end with Floormasters in Morrisville, NC!
We had a water pipe burst beneath our investment home that did floor damage in two rooms. In less than a week, Engin and his team worked seamlessly to not only order the flooring we selected, but to do those repairs…and they also got a crew to our home the Friday after Thanksgiving to remove all of the old carpeting and vinyl and replace it with beautiful LVP flooring throughout. We were impressed that they would even be available to work that day (they actually offered to do the work on Thanksgiving!!), but we were very surprised
…and very pleased….that they did the entire job in ONE day, versus the initial 2-day schedule they had projected. We can’t say enough good things about the whole experience that we had with Floormasters: They were professional, efficient, provided quality service and labor, and their work…and the flooring…was impressive. We could have found flooring for less, but the quality of the flooring at Floormasters was much better than at other retailers and worth the upgrade cost. If you want a great place to shop for all types of flooring, Floormasters won’t disappoint! We’ll be contacting them again for flooring needs for our personal residence😊

We were in the market to purchase new flooring and had done some research, but it was still overwhelming trying to find the best floor for our needs. We stopped in at Floormasters and met Engin. He made us feel so welcomed, gave us a tour of his showroom and answered all of our questions. He provided so much valuable information it was easy to make the decision on the brand, type, and color of floor to purchase after meeting with him. Engin’s installation team, run by Juan, was outstanding. Juan came to our home, measured and explained the installation process. He and his team, led by Brandon, were so professional and cared about the quality of their work. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience. We are thrilled with finish product and highly recommend Floormasters!

I would highly recommend Floor Masters without any reservation or hesitation. We did a complete remodel on our home. Of all the subcontractors (cabinets, carpet, painting, electrical, backsplash, flooring, countertops, trim, carpentry, etc.) that performed work, Floor Masters was without question the best of all subcontractors.
From the initial product guidance to the reasonable pricing to the post installation follow up, Floor Masters exceeded our expectations. They did the small things right: keeping us apprised during the entire project; starting and completing the project on time; showing up every day promptly at the promised time; using vacuums for saw dust when cutting door jambs: cleaning up every day such that you didn't even know they were there; spoking English so communication was not a problem; moving furniture with care and their workers were knowledgeable and courteous.
There was only one small issue after the install. Floor Masters had a technician out the next day to resolve the issue.
It is rare to find a company like Floor Masters that take personal pride in their craftsmanship and treat your house like a home and not one of a hundred nameless job sites.
Performing a major remodel is a very challenging. Many companies can deliver a good final product but through the process your patience, trust will be tested and you will likely ask yourselves the question "why did we ever attempt do this". With Floor Masters, not only was the end product gorgeous but the process was easy. We opened the front door every day and let them go to work knowing everything would be done correctly and without any hassles.

Floormaster have great prices and service. The owner Mr. Uyan has deep knowledge of the floor items and helping us to make good decisions. He has a lot of variety of products in his store. His prices are very reasonable and his crew was right on time and finished the quicker than I expected. It was one of the easiest and more importantly cheapest dealings for me. I was skeptical about LVP, but Floormasters convinced me it was the way to go, especially because of my dog and her nails. I am so happy I did. My floors look beautiful now! The crew that installed my floors were polite and extremely diligent. They went above and beyond to make sure i had my floor installed before the Thanksgiving holiday! Recently had my hardwoods refinished on the first floor (plus added to replace the carpet in one room) and carpets replaced on second floor). The owner was very communicative and responsive during the whole process. I received quotes from a couple other places and he had fair pricing and found experienced people to do the install of both hardwoods and carpet. Overall experience was very pleasant and would definitely recommend.
