I've had no problem and despite all the 1 reviews, particularly about delivery, my delivers are timely. They also helped direct me to a free co-pay site from the drug manufacturer.

3 hours on the phone and talked with over 10 people with no resolution, just the run around. I can’t get a very desperately needed medication, because they don’t know what they are doing. CVS is the worst pharmacy ever! Can’t ever get any resolution to any problem. They just transfer you to other departments and never answer questions. Their billing is fraudulent. How are they still in business? You can see they only get negative reviews.

Forced to use them by my insurance. They keep denying my medication and telling me to contact my doctor. My doctor has assured me they have done everything to keep my medication. I shouldn’t have to do the work for them. You would think they would want to keep getting $3600/month from my insurance. After several calls for help yesterday, still don’t have the medication and a customer service representative yawned while she was talking to me. I’m sorry my need to have this medication to breathe is so boring.

I usually don't write reviews but the customer service is absolutely horrendous! Absolutely no communication from the "Care Team" unless they want money. I had to call to find out they canceled my order because they did not have my medication in stock. No one ever communicated this with me. I've been trying to get my meds for 2 months now, but to no avail. Not to mention the numerous other delays with no communication from the company. I can not believe this is how they treat sick people! I'm relatively healthy and active for my condition. I can only imagine how someone sicker than me must feel. It's a crime to treat people this way

Consistently unable to provide medication by the date provided. Last dose of medication ordered April 6 for Delivery by April 18, it is May 11 and the medication still has not been delivered. CVS asks for new authorization, my doctor sends new authorization, CVS rejects the authorization saying they never asked for it, then immediately cancels delivery because they "need new authorization". I highly advise using any other pharmacy if possible unless you are forced to use CVS Specialty Pharmacy because of your employer, like I am. Absolute farce of a company and pharmacy.

I despise this place. I find it unacceptable that my insurance “requires” I use CVS specialty pharmacy when they are incapable of handling the simplest tasks. My shipments require signature upon delivery, so I waste a day of work and low and behold the shipment never comes. CVS’s response was “unsure of what happened”, so I had to waste another day. Then they never call for updates regarding delayed shipments, delayed processing, delayed billing issues. When you call, you get brushed off for everything. Nothing is taken serious with this company and everyone seems to be “bothered” that you even called. I HATE this company!!!!! With all my being. Worst ran business ever. Hate is not even a strong enough word.

These guys are incompetent, liars and a joke. I've been trying for months to get a prescription filled and they have screwed it up every time. Stay away from CVS Specialty at all costs!!! Your life may depend on it.

If I was able to give a zero star I would. CVS specialty pharmacy is the worst. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for my medication. Each time I call I’m placed on a never ending hold. Once I was even hung up on. I guess they would like their customers to die rather than help.

Ive yet to get my medication on time. It will tell me i should receive it by ___ day and then i have to spend 3 days after that calling trying to get it processed and shipped to me. I do everything online, even pay the copay, yet i have to sit on hold for over an hour just for a pharmacist to ask me all the same questions the website asked me so they can ship. I will be requesting a new pharmacy with my next visit to my dr. This has been 3 months now of the same exact issues, and as i type this, im on hold.

Terrible place to get your prescription. Took 8 days for them to finally get my medication to me. Every time, I was the one who did all the contacting. They never contacted me during the entire process. Took 2 days for them to finally get my insurance into their system, and only because I called everyday. The phone representatives were all pleasant, don't know where the disconnect is.

Have messed up my prescription & charged my personal card in error twice. So unhappy, I am out over $1,000! Very poor communication and problem resolution

The one star is NOT EVEN deserving, i just couldnt move on from it. This is by far the WORST customer care team i have to deal with, they dont ever have any information right. I have to wait 15-20 mins to finally get answered and then transferred and when we FINALLY get to the right department, the representative drops the phone on you. It happened about five times and im like is this for real????? my wife and i moved on some place else to get medication we needed.

Incompetent staff not informative of what’s going on with your scripts. Do not ever request to have medication sent to them your condition will worsen before they decide to contact. Had to have my script sent to a pharmacy that actually does work. Cvs specialty pharmacy is the absolute worse. Wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

I've spoken to 100 different employees at this company. 2 of them were intelligent, and 1 of them cared. The rest had an intelligence and caring rating of 1 star. If there is a way to mess something up, they will find it.

The operators at the CVS pharmacy could care less. Cmon someone at CVS, do something....
You can tell because they don't respond to the bad reviews they've just given up. Sad.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY. THEY DON'T CALL YOU UNLESS YOU CALL THEM AND INFORM THEM OF HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE IS. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOUR MEDICATION. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. NO INFORMATION IS CORRECT THAT THEY TELL YOU AND WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES WITH YOUR ORDER OR MEDICATION THEY DON'T CALL YOU TO EXPLAIN. Someone could be in pain and you guys would have no way of helping because you don't know anything regarding their medication or it's whereabouts.

Impossible ! No one knows or cares ! I will be begging Aetna to use Accredo. I will probably die before they can stop transferring me and giving me incorrect info for a life saving drug I need.

All I can say is AWEFUL! Too bad CVS Caremark makes me use these folks. Hopefully CVS hires another call service to handle customer service calls.
