Encompass RX

Encompass came through for me when I needed a medication hours before my scheduled injection time. Unfortunately, they are out of network with my insurance so I had to self-pay $500 for one med that I needed over the weekend until my insurance company could finalize a prior authorization. It would have only cost me $60 under my insurance to fill this one med. In the end, I was able to schedule the medication over the phone for same day pickup. It takes them two hours to fill an order and the last pickup time is 7:00 pm. Thanks to Encompass I was able to continue my treatment plan and get the medication I needed in an emergency. The emergency after hours phone line also came in handy over the weekend to help me transfer the medication to another speciality pharmacy that accepts my insurance and to receive the remaining supply that I need for the entirety of my treatment. I am so grateful for this company and the wonderful customer service they provided during a stressful moment.

I order here when I pay out of pocket. I like to compare prices for sure for IVF meds. I have found pregnyl to be way cheaper here. Customer service is nice and answers a lot of questions!

I have never had a more positive customer service experience in all of my health care encounters! I spoke with them on the phone 4 different times to first set up an account, then place my order, then confirm it. They were SO nice to me.

This had to be one of my best online pharmacy experiences ever! The customer service was friendly and kind! The agents alleviated all stress that l had in the moment and even a few laughs were had! Did l mention...my order was promptly delivered! A++

My medicine has always been shipped on time. I’ve never had a problem and they have been very accommodating. I always forget to reorder my progesterone until the day before I’m going to run out and they get it to me within 24 hours. I live in VA and overnight shipping is available for me. For those of you ordering timely medication, make sure that you have your medicine paid for and shipped 7 to 10 days in advance. If you wait until the last minute, accept the fact that there could be potential delays for reasons outside of their control. Waiting until the last minute is not a good idea especially for something as important as fertility treatments or IVF. Also, your doctor should put the orders in. All you should have to do is call in and pay. If you call in before 10:00 AM, it will be shipped faster.

I’m surprised to see the other lower ratings because I had such a great experience. Shady grove initially sent me to another pharmacy where I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and they said it was at least 35 minute hold. Shady grove then referred me here and I IMMEDIATELY got to talk to someone. Better than that, they ran the medication thru insurance and one was actually covered. The first pharmacy told me two medicines would be $246 and that the one wasn’t covered. Encompass told me my charge was $85 for both! Arrived the next day. I cannot say how pleased I was with this company. And I will make sure Shady grove knows of my positive experience with them and hopefully they refer more people here instead of the other pharmacy. People need their medications on time ESPECIALLY when it comes to having a baby which is very time dependent.

Great service! Had my medication sent and it was ready within a couple of hours, maybe even less, the day before Christmas Eve. They were very easy to get ahold of, helpful and kind on the phone, and had quick service.

I'm leaving a 5-star review not for the company as a whole (I've had very little dealings with the whole company), but for the phone representative we spoke with. Angela (Angie) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help get everything setup for my wife's prescriptions.

Sean is absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to help us learn how to administer fertility injections. He was so patient and kind and helped ease our minds. I couldn't recommend Encompass enough! Everyone has been fantastic!

Encompass has been amazing to work with. We have been using them for years throughout our IVF journey and it’s probably the ONLY thing that has been easy! My medicine is always on time and delivered right to my door. Everyone is polite and professional to speak with. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I was sent here from a well-known chain pharmacy that proved very difficult to work with, and did not have a good price for a medication I needed. Matthew was extremely professional on the phone, gave me a quote that was half the price, and this morning I received the prescription at home before 9 a.m.. I don’t write a ton reviews but Leigh at Encompass deserves 5 stars and more! I called Encompass to schedule my delivery, I was told I needed to speak to Leigh in pricing. She made me aware she had an issue running 2 of the prescriptions through insurance. Long story short after 2hrs of being passed around by the insurance company Leigh had it straightened out! She remained professional the entire time and DID NOT take no for an answer. She understood we were on a timeline as the medicine is for and upcoming IVF cycle. I honestly cannot thank her enough and if a baby comes from this, Leigh we owe a part of that to you. Thank you so much

We ordered all of our IVF injections from Encompass and had a wonderful experience. Cheapest pricing I could find and their customer service was awesome. I was always able to speak to someone and once you have quote and are ready to order, you work with one person and can call them back and get that same person on the line with any questions. Highly recommend Encompass!

This pharmacy is the best here in Atlanta for a compound pharmacy!!! Ms.Que and the other staff have overwhelmed me with their professionalism and customer service skills. I utilized this company for my fertility prescriptions never had any issues. The order was input, they emailed me pricing, my order shipped next day. No issues. Trust me other companies are not this way and can’t do the simplest tasks sometimes.

Very responsive. They did all the pre authorizations for my specialty medications even though my insurance required me to use Caremark. I ended up paying their cash price for one of the compound medications because it was way cheaper and they made the process much easier than trying to deal with Caremark.

just got off the phone with encompass rep, she contacted my dr's office with me on the phone to assist in getting my prescription appointment expedited. I am really impressed with her service, it was more than I expected.

Medicine is always on time. I've had to call to get receipts and they sent them in 10 mins! Great customer service.
