Publix Pharmacy at Princeton Lakes

I have been a customer at this Publix Pharmacy location for a while. There has never been any confusion about a prescription, long wait times, or a lack of professionalism and kindness presented by the staff.
Bryan, the pharmacist is so nice and professional. It is evident to me that good leadership is seen as a vital and integral component to making the pharmacy team function. This pharmacy gets my bite of approval 🥰🥰

Been going there since 2007 when I moved into the area and have been using this pharmacy ever since. Outstanding Customer Service!!! Everyone greets me by name and always are pleasant and friendly during checkout! Specifically-Brian (Pharmacy Manager), Gbenga (Pharmacy Technician), Warren (Pharmacy Technician) and Carol (Front Register) always provide excellent customer service and have outstanding knowledge when it comes to my medications!

I have been using this Publix pharmacy for a little over a year and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always kind and helpful and I am always made aware of wait times upfront. The pharmacist who works here has always been extremely kind and professional. This is why I’ll always use Publix.

Great Customer Service Experiences very helpful I'm disable and in a power wheelchair the pharmacy tech always nice to me and especially the Pharmacist Brian he's great very professional he's friendly I feel comfortable to ask questions about my prescription and he's answer with concerns. I truly enjoy interacting with the staff at this location. This is one of the busiest Publix pharmacy in this region and despite the heavy workload the staff is alway courteous, professional and caring.

According to the young lady on the phone, there’s not enough help and many prescriptions to manage. She recommended I take them to another store. I really hope they get the help they need.
