AT&T Store

I came into this store today, 3/9/24 and Chris, Tyrell, and Kai were so amazing!!! They were very nice, professional, and they know the products 110 percent!!! I would recommend them to absolutely anyone! I've been with AT&T for awhile now. That was my first time visiting that location where they've moved and it was like we are family. I was there for a couple of hours and they are the best. Chris was very thorough and patient with me. I just want to say thank you to you guys! ❤❤❤

Today I came to get some new devices and they made my experience so easy and fun. They are respectful and the customer service is awesome. If you need a new phone, or tablet. Please come and see them. They also have AirPod pros for 20 dollars, you can’t beat that. Chris will even give you half off any accessory when you come and get a new phone. Overall my visit was a 10/10 and I will definitely be returning extremely soon to shop with them again. Chris and his team are amazing.

The representatives were all extremely patient and helpful. We had 7 lines to transfer over and purchased several accessories. Any errors that were made the team promptly addressed and even worked to get us credit for our troubles. Overall they did good work and I would recommend working with them in the future.

This location is absolutely amazing! Chris and Kai were super friendly. Kai handled our transaction directly and was very patient with my mom and I trying to get us the best pricing on upgrading our phones. I am so appreciative because we had a bad experience at the other Macon location, so they were a refreshing encounter!

Kai was amazing. Great vibe and outstanding service. Well knowledgeable of the services we were looking for you. She made us feel very welcome and seemed to show true care. Highly recommend her to any customer that comes to this location.

I was very happy after I left the store at 1539 Mercer University. Keani & Corey was very knowledgeable about service & even made sure I received the discounts I qualified for. I'm very satisfied. Keani also told me about some new service coming for home internet that I'm very interested in. I been waiting to get my internet services back with ATT but it's not offered at my location as of yet. The new air internet sounds like I may benefit from it.

Service was excellent. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. We are professionally by Trokita by trick Queida and Chris also assisted her and the customer service was very great. I will make sure I come to the store before I come to any other store.

I went to the store this morning absolutely clueless on what I needed to to and Kai was very helpful! While waiting we had a good conversation and they were very well informed on what was needed to be done. If you need help in a phone I recommend you ask help from Kai.

The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and his customer service was far superior than any other ATT rep I have ever worked with in the past.

I felt very appreciated and listened to when I visited the mercer university store. I was not rushed and Kai was very helpful with the upgrade process. This is the best macon location.

Our sales associate Jason was amazing. He took the time to go the extra mile in helping us. Not only did he know what he was talking about, but he helped us understand exactly what we were buying. He was not worried about getting on to the next thing but he was intentional about making sure we were satisfied. He's the reason that I will be only coming back to that location.

Chris and Tyrell are the best and does an outstanding job with helping people with their cellphone service and their cell phone issues
