I took our 3 Granddaughters to lowes to buy flowers for them to plant on our side deck.
They really enjoyed planting and watering them!

Purchased an online order and when I arrived to pick it up it was not in the store or lost. This could have been a bad situation but the associate and 2 managers helped to make it right. It took patience on my end but they gave the effort to make sure I left with a similar and better item!!!

Finally decided to get some plants for my porch and my desk. Huge selection and very helpful employees to help guide me to what was best. As a complete beginner for plants it can be overwhelming seeing all the options but I was very pleased with my purchases and hope they thrive. Also found a really cute desk plant that I fell in love with and just had to have lol.

We went in today to look at flooring for our new construction. We were met by a lady by the name of Aquaria. She was excellent at making this process so much easier.

Aquaria and the rest of the staff helped us in making an informed decision, and they saved us quite a bit of money by getting a Lowes credit card and getting volume discounts on the purchase.

We could not be happier with the staff. Kudos to Aquaria!!!!!

I just went in here for a can of white paint. I wish I got the gentlemen’s name who helped me, but I did not. Anywho, he was so nice & helpful. Got me exactly what I needed & I was outta there in less than 10 minutes! Will definitely be back if I need anymore paint!!

Great service in appliances. You'll need some cashiers. Not even one cashier in the whole store. You should be ashamed. Everybody doesn't like self checkout. Especially elderly people.

Clean store, clear aisles the Lowes on zebulon rd is definitely the right choice if yu like friendly customer service, clean environment and they are pet friendly so the whole family can come shop. They even have an online pick up, so when you arrived it will already be waiting on you. They even have employee's that will help you load it they are so nice and is always available. There are always associates available to help with any questions. I love Lowes on zebulon I will be returning soon. They have department specialist that can help wit specific questions if needed

Great selection and good prices! Loading assistance provided. Large parking lot, but they will tow semi trucks.

I shop for discount plants due to Lowe's doesn't water their plants and allow them to die which is awful. The plants call my name when I go there, they want me to take them home and I want to take all of them home with me.

Y'all already know. Anything u might need from. Home chores to skilled tradesman as myself. Check the back of the store on the end caps. There's always some killer deals there.

Quick, fast and easy. I spent all but 3 min in the store! Walked in, ask personnel for the location of KILZ got it in 20sec, went to the sales rep. She cashed me out in 30sec and I was back in my car in 10 sec! It was like 7:30am on a Tuesday,I had just dropped the kids off to school, and I was dressed in my Dallas Cowboys skull cap,Dallas Cowboys Bathrobe, and Dallas Cowboys pajamas, lol hence me rushing in and out! Lol

Really friendly staff here. And great that you can bring your dog here. Always have a great plant selection here, and good prices on them.

Needed an item, manager helped find it and we out of the way to make sure we had what was in stock available.

I needed some emergency plumbing parts for our camper. This lowes is clean, well stocked, and the employees were friendly and helpful. This is one of the better Lowe's I have been in.

Bathroom renovation involving complete shower, vanity, toilet, complete floor. Order specialist Toyin was excellent to work with on ordering and when picking up from. She even took her special care to personally pick up a part from another location. Well done and on time.
