Taki Japanese Steakhouse

Staff is always well organized and prepared for a rush. I've been here several times over the years. This visit was for my son's graduation. Our chef was great and got the orders out in a timely manner. We got there about 10 Minutes after opening then a 30 minute wait. Again this was during graduation week when ALL restaurants were packed.

Very nice place to eat. We have been here several times and each time has been better than the last. We always get seated very fast and get our orders in fast. The cooks are always entertaining, which makes this a special place to take our girls or go for a date night. This visit we had a hibachi meal and a few rolls of sushi. It would be nice to have some background music playing for when everyone is eating. It would also be super nice to have some sort of complimentary desert to follow the meal. Overall, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, the atmosphere was nice and friendly, and the money spent on the food was worth it. Thanks for the experience!

This was an exciting experience and I loved it! The cook knew what he was doing and the food was good! He even showed my small kids some attention and they were thankful! Lemon drop was the best I've had! I will be coming back!

I've been to many Japanese Steakhouses. This was one of the good ones. The establishment had a nice atmosphere, it was clean, the cooks were great. They were talented as well as funny. The prices were pretty decent and the service was good also. Alcoholic drinks were made to perfection. This is definitely a food establishment that I will be returning to. It was a great place with good entertainment and good food.

I love coming here for both fun dates with friends and special dinner with friends. They have a fantastic sushi menu, with sushi coming from a fresh made bar that can be made in front of you if sitting near that section. You have the option of regular dining tables or to sit at a hibachi grill. At the grill, you will meet a fun and charming chef. I have been coming to this location for years and have never not enjoyed my chef. They often display "tricks" such as stacked onion rings with fire shooting out, flipping eggs In and out of their chef hats, and throwing food into people's mouths. I would suggest this place to anyone visiting Macon. It's located right off of 75 and surrounded by shopping centers, tires shop, and across the street from both Wal-Mart and Kroger.

A hibachi worth going to! Best fried rice I've ever had!!

I love the food here, hand made rolls from scratch and reasonably priced. This is my second time back! Will keep returning. Got the Angel roll, Louisiana roll, Pink Panther Roll and Dragon roll.

Significant other and I have been together for 2 years now, we were close to calling it quits. Decided to go out and grab an early dinner from Taki. The hibachi made us forget our problems, the sushi reminded us of why we've been together for these past two years. The yum yum sauce gave us hope for a sweet future. Everything together gave us the strength, the will, the want, to continue on with our relationship.

I’ve been to majority of the hibachi places around Macon and this is the best one so far. The prices are fair, and the food had so much flavor. I can’t wait to go back.

This is the Hibachi place in town that always gives me more chicken than I ever expect. Also, over the years they have upped the amount of yum yum sauce they give, no complaints here!

A long time ago, I came here for my prom dinner and we ended up inviting our parents because so many of my friends bailed 😂 the waitstaff made the experience perfect. This place is a community staple, and where all my friends name first when they want an economical fancy dinner.

Hibachi Filet Mignon was absolutely delicious! The chicken hibachi and shrimp were also quite good! Rice and vegetables were cooked perfectly! Everything including the sushi tuna and salmon tasted really fresh. Plenty left over to take home! Great place for a birthday celebration! They are conveniently located close to Interstate 475 and near many shops and hotels.

The most phenomenal places to go. Food was Great !! Chef Was So Entertaining And Made My Daughter's 10th Birthday One To Remember. And the Drinks Are on Point . Try the Tropical Paradise Martini.

I was working in the area and decided to try this place out. I ordered a strip steak lunch special. Food came out in 10 minutes and tastes as good as it looks. I will definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

I love the lobster king crab and and Jurassic Fire roll. Staffs are friendly. The manager came to say hi to us.

Dine in around lunch time. He sat in the dining area and had sushi and soup. The waitress was kind and upbeat. The service was good. Definitely recommend this location.
