The True Products

I'm a repeat customer of this BLACK OWNED company. The scent smells fresh, not overbearing, and does the job right! I also like their fabric softener and it pairs nicely with the laundry detergent. I'm thankful for their merchandise because they're one of the first companies I chose when getting rid of chemical products in the house. Keep your formula the same guys. You're doing amazing🙌🏾

Great products. Smell amazing, gets stains out even oil if you use it right away. Fabric softener is nice. I've been a regular customer for a year now and plan on continuing to buy from this company. Only down fall is I have to order it online. Can't find it on the shelf in the store in California or Washington.

I've been using True Products for 3 years now. It's absolutely the BEST smelling before and After use. I can still smell it in clothing after weeks! The fact it's Black Owned is the BONUS! SALUTE to the brand! We're here to stay!

I've been using True products for about a year now. I switched from Tide and Downy, wanting to buy from a small business.. They clean our clothed really well and I enjoy the mild, fresh scent of the lavender. I line dry my clothes and the fabric softener has even my towels coming off the line soft.

There are no stores near me so I buy online, shipping is pretty quick.

I am deeply impressed by the quality of these products. I am on my 16th order with no negative issues whatsoever. I wanted to see how things would go if I placed 25 orders direct. So far, so good. I highly recommend this company and its products to "anyone."
As for those claiming to want to support Black Owned Businesses but have an issue with this company; I have a question.....If things don't work out for you with a "white owned" business, do you revert back to a Black owned business or do you just find another white owned business to patronize?

I for one will stay with my community ride or die. If we provide a product that I need and can have access to, I will buy it from US. I will also provide feedback to business owners that I have a problem with as I want them to get better and deliver to my standards and expectations. So I really wanted to try this TRUE product number one to support my people. I was a little skeptical about the cleaning job, smell and shipping. I normally use Gain. So I went ahead and tried TRUE and I love the smell, cleaning job and the shipping is fast. Matter of fact my whole family loves the new detergent. So I will be praying that it hits the shelves soon because it is highly competitive to other detergents on the market. I recently ordered two of each to make sure I can keep up with not having to go back to Gain detergent. Thanks guys I love your detergent.

I decided to replace my laundry detergent with a black owned brand and chose the true products after hearing a coworker talked about it. I have been ordering since September 2020. I typically buy the 101 load and it lasts me about 3-4 months which i like a lot.
Shipping is typically fast too.

This is a great product that checks all my boxes for economic development. Excellent customer service included. Thriving in rural mid settler state, I rarely find what I want to support on the shelves. Glad I can order online with no delay. You'll be better off when you use this detergent and fabric softener.

Great product with alot of options. I've been a subscriber for some years now. I don't have to worry about detergent, it automatically ships to me at my set time and always arrives on time with what I'm subscribed to. Their customer service is wonderful as well! Also great product, even my 12 month old doesn't have any issue.

I was a major brand laundry person but after switching to TRUE, I have been highly satisfied and find no need to go back! Love that the products ship directly to me and they send reminder emails when I may be running low. I purchase the variety packs, as that works best for my family.

Supporting black business is important but it is just as important for black businesses to offer a worthy product and competitive prices and services and that is exactly why I support Tru products. I look forward to doing my laundry when I’m using their amazing products. After using the same detergent for years, I was pleasantly surprised to find a product to out perform Tide. If a stain can be removed, you can trust Tru to remove it and leave your garments feeling soft and smelling amazing.

Great laundry detergent. I've used both the regular formula and the free & clear version. The free & clear detergent truly has no scent, but you can add essential oils if you're looking to add a touch of freshness. I have not experienced any skin irritation using these products and my clothes come out clean. It creates less suds than some other detergents but as far as I can tell, it still works great.

I no longer purchase any other laundry detergent. It's vegan, cleanses my laundry very well without destroying colors and leaves my clothes smelling pleasantly clean. Some detergents even cause rashes after cleaning and TRUE detergent does not do that. To make it even better its black owned. Thank you for creating products I have grown to love.

I love being able to support such a high quality product. The feeling is even better know that it is a black owned operation. The detergent is great but the thing that I love the most is the smell. This product leaves my clothes smelling amazing for almost a week after washing. I highly recommend.
