Haselton Village

Great place to live. Great staff and caring manager. I have been here for a few years now, and most everyone is nice!

We couldn’t of asked for a better place to live! My husband and I feel right at home here! Mike, made us feel as welcomed as his own family! Such a calm and friendly yet peaceful place to live !

I lived there from May 2011 to January first 2016 and I loved it. Very nice people. Lots of things to do. Close to town. Lots of things to do in Lake County. I wish every day I was still there. ❤😎

All these reviews are based on 3-4 main issues these residents have. Now, with that being said old corporate then, directly looks to the manager. The manager at Haselton happens to be the most caring, and "for the community" (he lives there too) that I've ever met or worked with. These are unhappy residents due to the management company- they are entitled to their own opinions but should be much more specific as to why they rate Haselton a "1" when they have a great manager, low rent and a beautiful place they call home. If I could live in Haselton, which I can't due to my age I would. I would also join the hoa. One thing I will say is while working at Haselton Village, not only was it by far my most favorite job, I was also blessed enough to have my amazing residents throw me a surprise baby shower for my firstborn!! For the older and active- at Haselton you are never alone! When I was there, 4-5 days a week there were get-togethers of all sorts.. Day trips, overnight trips, casinos and shopping and even museums. I nice clean mobile home park near Eustis, FL. I posted some photos of the Monday night Music in the Rec Hall. Music starts at 6:00 pm. Bring a snack to share.

Love it here; everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Management is great...so glad we're here. Hope to stay for many years.

55 plus beautiful yards well maintained little places

Wonderful small community. Wonderful people. Lot of activities you can get involved in. Close to all ammentities.
