Burger King

I decided to return to this Burger King after an extended absence. The last time I was there the place locked any kind of customer service. This time everything was much better. I have the chicken wraps and they were excellent. Although I was disappointed that they did not have a combo meal that included french fries and a drink. Therefore it cost me over $11 which I thought was kind of expensive for fast food

The New designed BK is amazing. I was having a horrible day and well lets just say the staff gave me no choice but to laugh and smile. They where polite energetic and well all around Amazing. I was in drive through. Sometimes it takes one person. There was two that made my day.

The food and service was well above average for Burger King's and the food met or exceeded average expectations. These are good working employees and they appreciated by their community for their professionalism and kindness.

Decided I wanted a Christmas Hamburger instead of ham. This was the only restaurant open in my area. I ordered a double whopper and it was cooked perfect.

Overall an amazing experience but slow service due to them being short staffed

I was there WED. 7/20 picked up breakfast sandwiches . sons bday. They were good. 50% of the time you 'll get bad Comments. From the time I ordered and getting my food. It was memmorable. Marcus took my order. He was so pleasant ,personable. His customer service was outstanding and should be recognized for it. I would go back again with that note. I have not been to BK in a year.since bad experience on 19N. Thank you Marcus. You made my day pleasant.

Its Burger King! Better than many I've been to. Today was the first time I had to wait for my drive thru order.

I really enjoyed my visit workers were amazing

2/$10.00 and the 1/$5.99 meals are actual meals. With decent size drinks! They are bigger, better and come in more choices.
They are going to put McDonald's out of business like this

Love the food and there is one lady running the drive-through who is the epitome of perfect service. If you read this to your employees, she'll know who I am and who she is. She is jovial, friendly, always with a smile, and always makes sure that everything is perfect (as best she can, or fixes it). I was in the service industry and I want to say this to the black woman that knows me by face.... "You may feel you will never get further in life... or you may. Keep thinking you will.... because you have already done more with the smiles and kindness you show than you know. You are exactly what humanity is and should be. When I left I said I loved you (your attitude and as a person), and that you were such a sweetheart. PLEASE pass that forward to the people behind me in line, and in life".

Robb and Brad are amazing; very kind and considerate. We came late at night, they were incredibly attentive. This was a great experience, will return again. Thank you Robb and Brad for the best burger King experience I've ever had.

THE BEST BK IN THIS ENTIRE AREA including LAKE & MARION COUNTIES!!! Great, fast service with a smile, always give you good substitutions when they're out of a particular product. Terrific!!

If this is the Burger King where the Manager had to deal with two rude senior citizens insulting and demanding that everyone speak English, I commend this Manager as keeping his cool, being professional, being firm, and getting those disrespectful seniors out of his restaurant. I understand this is a franchise owned Burger King and I hope that the community comes to the side of Management. The job has challenges enough without the customers being rude, hostile, insulting to the people who work there. The employees deserve to work in a hostile free workplace and when the customers become rude and disrespectful they should be asked to leave. He should have reminded those women that he is a US Citizen and he is legally allowed to speak Spanish and they have no right to interfere with his management of his employees and that this matter did not concern them. I am a senior citizen and I have no problem with people speaking in the language they are most comfortable speaking. This is Florida and considering how many people settled in FL from Cuba, from Puerto Rico, and other Spanish speaking countries, those seniors were way out of line.

I think today was a bad day for this location. Probably a few call ins so they were short staffed. But the silver lining was the manager on duty. I wish I could have remember her name. In spite of all the chaos going on she treated me with kindness and respect. I appreciate that. So thank you for that.

Cheap prices good food. Went inside drive threw to long. Customer service was good. Got my order within 4 mins. Will return

Y'all need to give that black boy a raise please. He working there all by himself and his was a lot of people. Y'all don't do that to that boy. I didn't get his name but he was working today in the morning.

OMG the guy in the drive thru was awesome I feel so bad I didn't get his name (young white guy blonde hair) we had a great talk while I was waiting for my food.
