Stopped in the other day for the first time based on the recommendation of multiple of my friends.

I've seen Sam around town, he often hosts tastings at different Mount Dora businesses and has a clear passion for the product.

I walked in and saw his smiling face as he was finishing up with another customer. He carried their product out to the car for them, then came back in and immediately greeted me and asked about what I was looking for. I explained a little bit about the kinds of bourbons I had had and what I was interested in, he immediately slid me a bottle of this and I took him on his word.

Fantastic bourbon, fantastic customer service, and I will gladly give him my business over some big chain in the area. For such a small shop that place was packed to the rafters with selections for anyones taste.

Plus he's just incredibly active in the community and a supporter of other small businesses in Mount Dora. I know where I'm going from now on.

Sam and viva has been such a joy to deal with! Every beer I have requested, Sam has come through! I drink old school Michelob products (lager, light and amberbock) and they’re hard to find, but Sam helped bring these in for me! Seems like they’re selling well too!!

This place has absolutely anything and everything they can fit inside. When it's open late, it's great. Only place around open until that time. Saying again, this place is packed full of variety. Love it!

Wow wow wow! Not only because of their great selection of whiskies and bourbon but their customer service puts them way above others.

Viva really puts not only their customers, but their community first! Huge shoutout to Sam specifically, who is always looking out for his customers. He remembers and knows many by name and is very friendly and personable.

I was looking for a certain bottle and he offered to help me look to get it, but when he couldn’t find, he offered an awesome alternative. I also got a bottle of their Woodford Reserve Double Oaked store pick, which I happen to love even the regular bottle.

Highly recommend, even if just stopping by and want to chat a bit with Sam.

Excellent selection and super knowledgeable staff. If you're looking for something special, just ask, I'm sure they can help you find it if by some chance they don't have it. Nice to see service like this, especially at such a small store.

Huge inventory and great prices. They even had a good selection of hard to find bourbons. The guy working there was entertaining and funny.

Could not ask for a better local neighborhood liquor store with a fantastic selection of rare spirits and extremely fair prices. Sam, the owner, is one of the nicest guys around and actively works to support the community. This isn’t just a good spot for Mt. Dora but is one of the best in the Greater Orlando area.

Best ever! I’ve lived here most of my life and Viva brought a need to our neighborhoods. A local store for beer, wine and spirits with a friendly environment at far more convenience than ABC or other corporate liquor stores. Not to mention the whiskey selections and the multiple local partnerships made with other businesses. Viva is more than a store, it is part of our community and Sam goes above and beyond to participate and give back. This is the only liquor store I will shop!

Great place, well run, Great prices and the management and employees are always friendly and helpful. I have closer liquor stores to my house, but I go the extra distance because the staff is so awesome!

He is my husband and he thinks more for the store than me.😅 He is the best and m proud of him coz he works really hard every single day by himself and still rocks it! M with you baby♥

Always a great selection and the staff are very helpful. If you like bourbon, the selection cannot be beat! Raffles for rare bottles happen every few months as well.

This is the best liquor store in Central Florida. The owner Sam has incredible customer service, and is very knowledgeable about what he sells. The store has a great selection with good prices, and if there is something you want that isn’t on the shelf Sam will order it for you. If you’re a bourbon drinker you have to try some of his single barrel store picks too.

The BEST Spirits store in Mount Dora. Very convenient and the selection is phenomenal. Great service, awesome owner. I’d much rather come here for my spirits than ABC.

Sam gets the good stuff- highly allocated bourbon and unique scotch's like Compass Box! Being a regular, the owner went above and beyond to find an impossible bottle of Bourbon I had tried to find for 6 months to give as a gift. Highly recommend and will always support VIVA LIQUORS!!

HANDS DOWN 🙌 THE BEST LIQUOR STORE IN LAKE COUNTY!! Always clean, has a great variety... and if you're a bourbon fan- THIS NEEDS TO BE YOUR GO TO!! (Pappy, Rockhill Farms, Elmer T Lee, Blanton's- all the GOOD stuff) He's the only one who can get these almost impossible to find bottles and sells them at fair prices (sadly unlike most places these day who jack their prices up 5x MSRP) Go check it out, he always takes care of his local customers!
