I have been going here since 2010. Best place for manicure/pedicure with Monique. My mom loves Michael who does an amazing job. And I now see Ana who gets my style and what I’m going for every time I come in. From natural to high fashion colors and cuts she gets me. She also does great at eyebrow work including coloring, waxing and trimming/shaping them. I don’t go anywhere else or trust anywhere else. You all are amazing 😻

My hair stylist is Autumn. I was having a bit of a difficult time finding a hair stylist that understood and provides what I wanted for my hair. She was wonderful and patient with me with what I wanted and did a beyond fantastic job! I have to admit, I'm a perfectionist.
That same day, I was at Tire Kingdom after the hair appt and I got a compliment from another client who had the same hair color as mine (natural) and was thinking of adding in lo-light, but changed her mind upon seeing me as the "after" picture. 🤩
I also went to a few other places and was just getting compliments left and right.
Autumn helped me feel like myself again and I love her for that.

Victoria did a fantastic Job! She was kind, thoughtful, patient and my hair looks SO much better than before!! She was so good that I booked her for my 18-year-olds. They also loved her!! She is our go-to!.

Anna was amazing! I had a cut, color and highlight, best my hair has looked! Will definitely be my new salon!!

Lily does a fantastic job with blowouts on my medium-length, thick, wavy hair. My hair feels light and has lots of movement and volume with no frizz or heavy use of styling products. She’s also highly trained in hair extensions so would do a great job on anyone looking for that service.

Kaitlin was SO patient with me! I kept giving her conflicting requests, such as; I want it to hold up in the pool but still look kinda fancy!
She did a fantastic job including Dutch curls!

I moved to Mount Dora two months ago and asked my realtor for a good hair salon. All the many years of going to salons I have had my hair cut, trimmed, and colored. For the first time, at the Phoenix, I realized a new experience ... this is hair styling at its best! ANNA spent so much time with me, getting to know my hair type to make the best styling decisions. I feel ten years younger!

Anali gave me the best hair color/cut I’ve ever experienced. She was so professional and so gentle with my hair. She was just excited as I was for this hair transformation. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great hair dresser.

I've been looking for a new hairdresser in this area. I decided I was going to go with the first company that, A) actually answer's their phone. I also was hoping to receive a professional response by the person that answered the business line. This is exactly what happened when I called. Laura was cheerful, joyful and very happy to assist me in finding a new hair stylist. I will be going to see them next week for my first haircut & if it's any indication of how they do business on the phone I expect that they will be doing a beautiful, loving and professional haircut for me. I have no doubt that this will be the result of a company that actually cares about the client that's calling. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience on the phone, which is very rare these days.

I had my botched hair colour fixed by Autumn and she did a fantastic job! She also did a nice trim and great blow dry. Additionally, I found her to be extremely sensitive to my needs, pleasant to be around, and efficient. I did not at all care for one or two other stylists who were talking very loudly and detracted from my pleasant experience with Autumn. I happen to be sound sensitive and also had a headache so this may not bother everyone but I think a more tranquil sound would suit the quaint vibe. The main thing is that when I left, I was super pleased with my hair and felt very happy. I've also previously had a massage here and it was top notch and quiet. Definitely recommend Autumn.

The best Salon in town!! I had an unfortunate event where I left this wonderful place, just for a short period of time, and the person I went to fried my hair. It was devastating because I had very long and thick hair. What a mistake I had made! Thanks to this salon and especially Michael for bringing my hair back to health. My hair is back as beautiful as ever. You can definitely trust this place to take great care of your hair. They are very professional, sweet, and do an awesome job! Plus, they have so many wonderful hair products to buy, very large selection. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

This place is a gem! From the moment I entered through the doors, I knew this was going to be a great experience. The place is charming and the employees interact with each other as if they were family and you will find yourself included.
I randomly called them one day in search of someone who had chrome dust. Monique, the manicurist, ordered exactly what I requested and I couldn't have been more happy with the result. Her talent is astounding! with precision and detail.

I work with Monique but I’m also her client. Her luxurious pedicures are so gentle & relaxing, and her freehand nail designs are UNREAL! Seriously, she is so creative & talented! Love the girly 🌸 pink aesthetic in her studio, and she’s so genuinely kind and fun to visit.
Bonus: she always has chocolate!! 🍫 😋
She’s very popular in the area, so I highly recommend booking well in advance. Even as a co-worker, I’ve had to wait but it’s so worth it. I’ll never cheat on this one! 🥰

Absolutely amazing hospitality!!! Everyone was very welcoming, felt as though I have known them for years. I was worried about someone trimming my curly hair and if you have curly hair, you know what I’m talking about. However, Autumn done an absolutely amazing job coloring and trimming my hair. I felt like a million bucks when I walked out. One proud and happy customer. So go on into Phoenix and let them make you look and feel amazing. Autumn thank you so very much, absolutely love my hair, your personality and everything you done for me. You sooo ROCK !!!!

Tori was amazing as always. She remembered my style cut I get, my sons cut he gets and the conversations we had in the past so we can pick up where we left off. She already reminds me of a cut every 3 weeks so I do not forget in my busy life. Thank you Tori for you extraordinary service!

Lester is THE BEST! Today I had high lights, cut and blow out. My husband picked me up to take me to lunch. 2 stops later and 3 OMG I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!! DID I SAY LESTER IS THE BEST?!!! Best in Lake County !!!

The Phoenix is AMAZING :) I love the fact that this place is in a converted house (Old Victorian) - Offering private rooms and cute nooks around every corner. The owners and employees are always Welcoming and make you feel at home. I have been in several times now and my first time was a nail rescue by Kim. Kim is awesome ! She did such an amazing job on my manicure I came back for the pedicure !! So glad I did! I have very bad knees and ankles due to severe arthritis ; so I am always weary of doing pedicures. Kim was tuned in and ever so gentle. She is really good at her job and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else now that I have found her! I have yet to get my hair done or do any other services - but Thanks to Kim I will be going back and trying them all.

Absolutely love Monique the nail tech. She was recommended to be by a friend and provides such excellent customer service in a cute and relaxing atmosphere! She’s extremely talented and collaborative. Go see her!

I finally found an amazing hair stylist. I am from Miami and have gone to almost all the hair salons in Mount Dora and have found them mediocre at best until I went to Phoenix and got my hair done by Autumn. She is not only highly competent, but nice and always make sure I am satisfied with the results, so Kudos to you Autumn!😊

Victoria has been cutting my hair for 10+ years, and does an amazing job every time. She is one of the kindest people you will ever meet and has amazing customer service.(Jeff)
