First let me start by saying- the last two years I have been using Castillo to do my taxes and the ladies have always been super quick, happy and very helpful! They even go out of their way to help over the phone or whatever the case may be! I’m so happy to be with them now! Thank you ladies!

She was super nice. Literally lasted 10 min in her office.
Made a mistake on our direct deposit. Have called several times & no answers have been given from her directly. Have asked to speak with her and not her receptionist. One week later - still haven't received response from her.

Truly used to like this pace for my tax preparation. Sadly this past year . I felt the true nature of wrongly preparation of badly done taxes . Worked so hard and have kids . And still enned up with no refund . Won’t ever be coming any more here .

After online said they were open , made the long drive to find out they are closed...
