No one to speak to at first. I ordered two crunchy tacos through the kiosk.
They came out promptly. The Manager and I had a great friendly conversation for a couple minutes.
Glad I stopped. No pictures and no mess on my shirt this time. See you soon. 4.9 stars

Went through the drive through late tonight and had Samantha help us out she was amazing! We got her our food quick and had the best service! Thank you Samantha, made my friends birthday :-)

Slow but steady, completed my special request with a smile. Looked like too few working, but i heard no complaints, only a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for my dinner, an out of state guest.

My wife left her wallet, and management let us in early the next day to retrieve it. An honest customer and honest employees got it back to us with several hundred dollars and credit cards all still inside.

Went to K&J market to get in on their sale and stopped there on our way home to Cape coral. This Taco Bell blows away all of the ones in Lee County. Hats off to the cleanliness and quality. Must be managed well.

I could tell the location was understaffed and overworked. A few people were in the lobby complaining about missing items on their order and acting pretty rude. These are stressful times and it's important to remember there are human beings behind the 1/4" thick plexiglass. I also want to give them props. I give extremely complicated orders with lots of substitutions and they got everything correct. On top of that, the potato tacos were filled more than I've ever seen them filled; it was a great spud to dollar ratio. Thank you workers of Arcadia Taco Bell.

We love their Cheesey Bean & Rice Burrito!! We tried one of the new taco pizza and were not impressed. Maybe it would have been better with sour cream and salsa.

Got the chicken protein bowl (no guac) it was delicious. Was hot was presented nicely. Second time for the same thing and it was great. The service was fast and efficient. Asked me if there was anything else I could use. Plus I actually received what I ordered !

Never had a problem at this location. My order has always been correct, fast and fresh. I go here as often as my work takes me there (3-5 times a month) last visit I was given a free bag of cinnamon twists for doing a survey for them. I'm picky about some things on my food and if I request they remove or add something, it come out perfect without fail. I recommend this location.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat while en route to Okeechobee, on Hwy 70. Surprisingly, I was able to find a spot to park my fuel tanker (I was on my way to do a gasoline delivery.) The restaurant was clean, and the employees were fast and friendly. I washed my hands before eating, and the restroom was equally clean, and well stocked. Next time I'm passing through, I'll definitely stop in again.

The food was good even though there was a little too much sour cream on my beef burrito supreme. However they are very understaffed and that night it seemed to be extremely short. There was one person stocking and one taking orders, preparing and serving. They handled it very well though as it was busy.

My granddaughter LOVE'S Taco Bell! I can't sneak by without her screaming for it so we eat here often on our way home from shopping! The girls are kind and helpful, it's a clean restaurant and the price is good!

these bad reviews are weird, went to this location at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday, took about 5 minutes in the drive through with a totally customized taco order because I have allergies to dairy and meat, the order was made perfectly, hot and fast. thanks taco bell!

For the amount of food I ordered and the service I received it was a very satisfying experience. Thank you so much. To whoever was working last night and the guy working the drive-thru a big shout out thank you.

I ordered some quick dollar tacos and they ran out, employe was very nice to inform me and help me figure out something else to get, quick and delicious.

mannn my food was bussin. i ordered a crunchwrap, some doritos locos tacos , quesadillas, & cheesy gordita crunch. it was so good it made me tear up. 😔😋. anyway the very cool gay guy with the long nails took my order and i really liked him. i hope y’all get him a raise cause he’s fye. 😎.

This was the best Taco Bell I have ever had. It tasted fresh, my order was correct and it did not seem like "normal" Taco Bell fare. They were also super nice. Nice work.
