Arcadia Peace River Campground

Arcadia Peace River RV Park is an absolute gem nestled along the tranquil banks of the Peace River. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of belonging. The park's immaculately maintained grounds, lush greenery, and stunning river views provided the perfect backdrop for our getaway.

The amenities exceeded our expectations, with spacious RV sites equipped with all the hookups we needed, clean and modern restroom facilities, and convenient laundry facilities. The well-stocked camp store ensured we had everything we needed without having to venture far from our home on wheels.

What truly sets Arcadia Peace River RV Park apart is the sense of community fostered among guests and staff alike. Whether we were swapping stories around the campfire, joining in on organized activities, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, we felt like part of a larger family.

The park's location offers easy access to a wealth of outdoor activities, from kayaking and fishing on the river to hiking trails and wildlife spotting in the surrounding area. Yet, at the end of each day, we found ourselves drawn back to the tranquility of the park, where the sound of rustling leaves and chirping birds served as a soothing soundtrack to our evenings.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience at Arcadia Peace River RV Park. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing for moments of pure relaxation and connection with nature. Whether you're a seasoned RVer or a first-time camper, this hidden oasis is a must-visit destination. We can't wait to return and make more memories in this slice of paradise.

Very cool Campground on the Peace River. Staff was very kind and the Campground is set up very well. Clean modern showers and lots of trails to ride. Fun place! We will be back.

The staff at Peace River Campground is attentive to the campers enjoyable stay. I know they had the same questions asked over and over again and still answered with a smile as if it was the first time they were asked. The showers and restrooms were very clean even with the number of campers that were there. There is a lot to do and explore on the grounds and the river was cool and relaxing.

Peace River is one of the most beautiful attractions of Arcadia, Florida. This is a little park here on 70 off the side of the road with a couple of entrances onto the river. I found the skies are the most beautiful during the day over the river and preserves here in Florida. There's a lot of great fishing spots. Couple of picnic tables nestled under the trees. Plenty of room for the kids to run around have a picnic fish or just relax.

Didn't stay here. Just stopped in for firewood bundles. Super nice staff. I have no doubt it's a great place to stay!

Campsites are nice. Full hook up was great. Showers were clean. Store is well stocked and employees were nice. Small area to ride sxs and 4 wheelers but convenient to get to the river. Very cool area to dig for sharks teeth. We brought kayaks and went up stream put in and kayaked back to campground.

We love going to Peace River! It’s a great campground and we really enjoy the great trails on our sxs. Looking forward to many more years of adventure here!!

My go to place for camping. We go about once a month. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The sites are a decent size with full hookups as well as primitive camping. You can just pick anywhere that makes you happy and camp there. On the river, in the woods and on the main path. Great place for trail riding, hanging out at the river, catching shark teeth, or just floating around. They often have bands on Saturday night or special events through out the year. There is a pool as well as a playground for the kids. I almost always see food trucks. On busy weekends such as events or holidays they have bingo and always an ice cream social on Saturday night. It can be really busy but still the bathrooms are always clean and have someone there attending them. Great showers by the pool that have been remodeled since hurricane Ian and the main bathrooms/ showers have been remodeled within the past 2 years. Nice little gift shop and there is a dollar general across the street should you forget anything. You can store your campers onsite as well as rent a storage container to keep all of your toys. The kids absolutely love it at PRCG and it is always a great weekend with friends or family.

This campsite is simply wonderful. Bathrooms and showers are clean and place is well maintained. You can bring your camper or tent.

An all-around wonderful experience. The campground has an excellent layout, campsites are clean and well spaced. I love the upgraded front office/store. Pool is well kept. The trails are fun and safe enough for the younger ones. The river is of course the best part, sharks teeth are not hard to find! Staff was friendly and efficient. My family can’t thank them enough for all of the wonderful memories, this last one being my son’s birthday party by the river.

Primitive camping right on the river is pretty awesome! The 4wheelers are crazy cool and I now need to get one and get out here more often... 🤣 Great place!

We love camping through the weekend when we get the chance. And we have fun watching the kids play in the water and finding sharks teeth and other fossils. There is even a small park for younger kids. And a swimming pool. And I recommend trying the freezer dried candy for sale in the store. My daughter loves the freeze dried skittles

One of my favorite primitive camps... Has RV hookups also, but we camp. Clean showers and restrooms. Golf cart rentals are a plus.

This camp is great for kids and learning to ride and experience the riding life. Has many options for stays. Amenities are great as well. Pool bath house, general store. We will come back for years to come.

Gorgeous river trip. Water level was low, so we had to walk the canoe at a few points, but it made sifting for fossils much easier. We found several small sharks teeth, and other aquatic fossils. Despite the low water level, there was plentiful wildlife too. Stepped on a catfish walking the boat, very ouch, but worth it.

It’s always a good time at Peace River Campground! Staff inside the office are always very helpful and nice, the campground itself offers the common amenities like restrooms and showers, a park, a pool and a dumpster for your trash. The river is always a new adventure waiting for both kids and adults. Love bringing my family here to fossil hunt and soak up the sunshine.
