Maria, the manager at this location, is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. In addition to solving a problem very quickly for me that no one else I spoke to at other locations was able to, she was also very friendly and went above and beyond for every customer I saw her interact with. I also witnessed her coaching a new co-worker in a very positive manner. If you need help with cellular service, be sure to visit Maria at this location.

Ive been to several tmobile stores, this is the cleanest store with a good vibe & the most kind & helpful employees.
We had phones we unfortunately purchased at another location with little to no help, ever.
We came here when we needed help, so it was a no brainer to purchase our new phones from this location.
My husband & I both recently upgraded our phones & I was fortunate enough to have Kristina help me & Quinton helped my husband.
Amazingly patient, kind & so helpful.
I just cant recommend them enough.
The manager, Maria runs a tight ship here, she supports her staff & is right out there on the floor to help customers & her employees.
This is the best location in Vero Beach, the best anywhere!
The employees at this store excel at their jobs & are definitely assets to Tmobile!

New management has been phenomenal throughout the whole sale! Karmen and Maria are the sweetest and was able to transfer data to new phone AND get me into a free tablet without and complications. This is my new favorite T-Mobile store :)

Before coming to this store we tried the miracle mile store and recieved terrible customer service so we came here and Quinton was super helpful. He answered our numerous questions and was patient and kind. Definitely go to this store and ask for Quinton 👍🏼

I was at t mobile in the Indian River mall for the first time. I am not tech smart and know it. Up until today, I have not had someone as patient and articulate as their store manager, Maria. She showed me some free services that t mobile provides and reviewed how I get them. She was exceedingly knowledgeable . I had forgotten what real customer service was until today. If you need someone smart and patient, go here and ask for Maria. She is exceptional.

Bre and Eli went out of their ways to an extraordinary measure to help us deal with another phone company, they were patient when we had to leave and come back a few times, they called different places for us, they made sure everything that was going to be on the bill or anything that was going to be set was 100% the truth and they all around are very good people, extremely friendly and patient, Bre and Eli really made this switch a good deal helped 2 of us upgrade and get all of our stuff figured out. amazing store amazing staff and we are now t-mobile thanks to them !!!! we love them

Karmen was absolutely wonderful today, helling me with getting my phone situation taken care of. It required a lot of time, and she had to deal with sprints customer service to get it done for me. She went well above and beyond to help me. she will be go to for future cell business. Hands Down.

Manager Maria is exceptional - all staff really do provide customer service - this is the store inside the mall - better service, more competent staff than anywhere else that I've been. it's worth finding this store.

Went to T-mobile for a new phone today. Store clean and tidy. Staff is very knowledgable and kind, greeting us at the door. Jay is very friendly and knowledgeable of products and services offered. Took time and took care of all needs helping set up the phone correctly with services working.

I have to say that when I went into the store this time, I had an excellent experience. Actually, every time I've been into this store I have had an excellent experience. As a matter of fact, I had pulled into the Corporate store's parking lot (the one in front of the mall on Route 60) and then drove off because I had always had an excellent experience at the mall location. NOTE: I've never been in the store on Route 60. I just didn't want to chance it because I KNEW that the mall store was always good to me.

I went to the physical store because the folks with my T-mobile Team of Experts couldn't solve me problem via phone

I was immediately greeted by Lala (I hope that's spelled correctly) and Tim who were outside the store selling the latest promotion. Lala started the conversation by asking my name and why I was there; she was new and Tim jumped in to help with a couple of questions.

I eventually ended up in the store and worked with Tim while Lala manned the front of store.

I was having trouble installing the Digits service on my phone. Tim worked tirelessly to help me until the problem was solved. He worked on his own and then called his backup help at T-mobile Digits Help Desk and we got it all taken care of. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes max.

The whole time I was there, Tim was attentive, told me stories about his experience with T-Mobile. Talked to me about a couple of other phones that I was thinking about buying and he gave me a thorough run down of his experience with the phone cameras (since that is what I really want a new phone for).

The entire experience was GREAT.

I do believe that a lot of people go to the store when they have a problem and they are probably frustrated before they even get there. I was patient and both Lala and Tim were a pleasure to work with. I'll go back to the mall location when I'm ready to upgrade my phone.

Super nice and helpful and friendly professional staff! One of the best experiences in my almost 8 years with T-Mobile. It took 2 days to get everything I wanted done but they got it done. Switching us from 4 Samsung phones to 4 iPhones was a bit sketchy as it was at the beginning of the Covid shut down and supplies were extremely limited. They were outstanding!

The team here was SUPERB!!! Knowlegable and helped me find the phone that met MY needs. The assistance with the set up and dealing with the former provider was a heaven send. They also demonstrated various functions that I was unfamiliar with. AND, we had a good time while they worked.

Eli is the man to go to with tech issues. I just bought a Galaxy S21+ and had issues with the tranafer of data and setup of the new phone. Eli took my phone and within minutes everything was working. Again, Eli is thoroughly tech savvy. He's the man. Thank you Eli.

Karmen was very intelligent and gave us good information when opening up a new account. she saved us so much money with the switch.

They are the best place to go get your service switched over and take care of anything you need done with your plan. They are easy going and they will work with you to make sure that everything you need done is correct and you leave with everything squared away like a Wendy’s patty. Go see them today in the Mall.
