Ferran Park

This is a fantastic small park. There's a walkway alongside the lake that great for walks. The breeze off the lake helps keep the temperature down. We've watched many a beautiful sunset over the lake from here. There's a nice playground for the kids. Plus, there's nearby ice cream shops if you want a treat while you relax.

Attended the annual Georgefest event. What a fantastic event. The town really puts on a top notch festival.
We drove over to attend and was not disappointed. Great music, food, entertainment. It was well orchestrated and well managed.
Our sincere thanks to everyone who worked hard to put this on. We will be back next year.

You can walk, run, and or play at Ferran Park. Beautiful Views anytime of day. Great place to walk off the delicious dinner your family just enjoyed in downtown Eustis.

Ferran Park at Lake Eustis is simply spectacular!! The huge playground, walking paved areas for mobility access, lovely arching shade trees, stunning water bird metal sculpture in fountain, so much to see and enjoy for everyone! We so enjoyed our visit! A fabulous place to walk dogs with safety of cement barrier between you and any alligators. There is also a very nice veterans memorial to stop and pay respects. A truly highly recommended park to bring your lunch or dinner and sit by the water. The water breeze was also very cooling on a warm evening!

Great spot to spend time with family, fish, etc. Sunset is always gorgeous right by the lake. Easy access to downtown Eustis and is a phenomenal spot around holidays and the first Friday event the town does monthly. I really recommend coming out for dinner in town and then walk over to watch the sunset of the lake.

Ferran Park is my favorite place in Eustis to just relax. They have an amazing children's playground just feet from the water. The views are gorgeous and the trees, oh the trees are beautiful with all the natural moss than hangs. Across the street you have railroad tracks (historic) along with the quaint downtown area full of boutiques and dining.

It's beautiful with lots of fun activities for people of all ages! They even have wifi for free and a doggy water fountain. You gotta check it out. It's the best kept secret in Eustis! Shhhhh don't tell anyone. Lol

It was our first time as a family to this park and we absolutely loved it. There's a really cool dog area where you can see a lot of lily pads and birds. The playground set is amazing and lots of climbing is involved. There is a fountain where you can make a wish, and there's a really big river that you can walk along.

Nice place right in front of the lake and walking distance from downtown. The playground is not too big but very acceptable. The area was clean, restrooms were ok (6/10). Sufficient parking.

Beautiful park with a lovely boardwalk out over the water to see lillypads and marine life. Restrooms are ADA compliant and clean.

I enjoy when all the Christmas lights are up and turned on. Songs of Christmas are playing in the air. As the super tall Christmas tree blinks all different colors to the festive music.
My favorite is the white snow or icicle lights hanging high above in the oaks while the lights smoothly flow down. Makes it look like it's really snowing.
Until I moved to Florida nearly 2 yrs ago, from the north. I never knew how beautiful palm's could look all lite up in Christmas festivity.
I do not miss the snow during this time of year.

It's a beautiful place to spend family time, and the city does events that too and it's free to enjoy the entertainment!

A nice quiet park for everyone, nice area to chill out with fishing 🎣 gear before the sunset. A place to walk around with a friends and family and play place little one and you fur friends.

Ferren Park is all dressed for Christmas. It's beautiful.

Do be aware there can be alligators. But don't panic about it.

We enjoyed morning walks with the pups at this park. Very nice, and the crazy gator is so good by the way.

This park is so beautiful with it being on a lake you need to see it as the sun is setting and a gentle breeze blowing. It will absolutely take your breathe away. They have so many events here. My family has been to the Christmas celebration, but from what I understand they have concerts as well as other events. We have not been to these yet, but we will. I can tell you for the kids there is plenty. They have not only a play ground, but a water park for them in the summer time. My mother is in a wheelchair and getting around the park is easy, so I try and take her here often. So if you come here you will be glad you did.
