Neil and the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Fair trade in for previous car. They were honest and did their best to find a price suitable for me. Couldn’t believe how fast everything got finalized. Actually looking to upgrade again. Will definitely be going back!

My wife and I stopped in about 2 months ago and they just did not have what we were looking for. During the Thanksgiving break, we decided to stop back by because they were such awesome folks (we had been searching for a car for our daughter for several months and had been to MANY dealerships) by far the best group in all of the dealerships we stopped in. During our most recent visit we were looking at a vehicle that was not exactly what we wanted but we felt it would do the trick. The finance manager happened to over hear our conversation and helped us procure a vehicle that would exactly match our need and budget. I could not praise this group more, amazing to work with, compassionate, not pushy in any way and I felt like they genuinely cared about us as a customer. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Neil was awesome. Never felt pressured or anything like that. Felt like he and the finance guy were straight forward right the get go. What made it better is they valued my time. They didn't feel the need to keep me there all day long. I was in and out. Next time I need a used car Neil will be my first call.

Give Hank a chance to find you a car you will be extremely happy!!! I have horrible credit but they took care of me there and got me a great price and loan!! I cannot recommend this dealership enough!! I messaged about a vehicle around 10:30am and by 10:35am someone called me. They discussed the vehicle, maintenance work, and price. Then they video called me for a live walk around of the vehicle. They were completely honest with the little nooks and crannies. My old car was totaled, and I live about an hour away. They went out of their way to drive the vehicle to me, brought the paperwork, and then let me test drive it. The gentlemen who assisted were very sweet and helpful. I was already approved by my bank and had my tag. The staff their cut a deal with me, and I walked away with a beautiful suv, a great experience, and a monthly payment within my budget. All this by 4pm same day! I don’t usually buy a car without going to the lot, but I would definitely work with this wonderful staff again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

and patient with our efforts to secure this vehicle. Not in your face to get the deal done as soon as you have finished the test drive, always kept in touch to see if there was anything they could do to help. A couple of blemishes were
taken care of and the car looked great when we picked it up.

My deal started with Matt Souza. He gave me the info I needed to make a decision on what I was looking for. Because of my schedule, Matt wasn't available to be there for the test drive however, he had the vehicle detailed and prepped, had the paperwork in order in case we wanted to do the deal and he left me in the hands of Neil Austin. Neil was awesome. No pressure, informative and just an easy guy to get along with. Refreshing. When my wife and I made the decision to purchase our new Blazer, Andy Los got our paperwork together in a timely manner and had us out the door. Great teamwork. My son just purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Palm Coast Import Auto, and we left quite happy with the deal. We found the perfect car online, but it was a 4 hour drive--glad we made the trip. The salesman, Scott, was helpful, very friendly, with no pressure at all. The Manager, Michael, was outstanding throughout the buying process. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wants you to leave a happy customer. This applied even after the deal. Within a couple of days, we did notice a problem with the car, but Michael stood behind the deal, and he took quick action to resolve the problem--beyond our expectations! Both my son and I would make the 4 hour drive again to buy a car from these guys!

I just bought a 2017 Mazda Miata, and I would just like to say that was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I am from Maryland so I had to fly down and drive it back up. Neil sent the paperwork up in one day so that my dad and I could sign everything and bring it down the next day. He was also very kind and excited for me which made the whole experience even more exciting for myself. If I lived in Florida I would definitely be buying from them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting some great people here. The service was speedy and professional. They didn’t waste my time at all when purchasing a new vehicle. I’ll be back here in the future.

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue From Tom Gibbs imports. Neil was extremely helpful. After recently losing my husband with no life insurance, they worked with my budget and put me in the perfect car. Thank you for everything!!! I love my car!!!!

EDIT: Changing my previous negative review. I bought a VW from this dealer that ended up having some serious mechanical issues. At the time I blamed the dealer for not having noted these issues, which lead to some serious repair costs for me. After further research I've found that the issue is a recurrent problem on this particular model of car, and a problem that could not be reasonably expected to be detected by a used dealer - even the certified VW mechanic didn't have a good answer. I'm therefore changing my review to reflect my buying experience with Palm Coast Auto with this in mind. I'm honestly sorry to Palm Coast Auto for having left a negative review up for as long as I did - in the end they didn't really do anything wrong.

Long story short, the actual buying experience with these guys was excellent. Everybody I dealt with was super friendly, and they never applied the sort of pressure you're used to dealing with when it comes to used car dealers. It was a pleasant and easy-going experience. They were also great about staying in touch with me ahead of the purchase and checking in with me afterwards. Just excellent with communication in general. It was all pretty painless, and they did sell me the car for about $3-4k less than I would have paid elsewhere. They also offer free car washes and oil changes for the life of the car, which is pretty awesome.
