The entire staff of PT Solutions is top notch. Throughout my rehab, regardless of the therapist assigned to my care, I was treated with the best of care. Every therapist made me feel welcome, comfortable and more than satisfied with my outcomes. I will not hesitate to go to PT Solutions for future needs and certainly strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of physical therapy.

This is my second experience with PT Solutions, once for a knee replacement and this time for torn Achilles tendon. This group of therapists are wonderful. I've been working with Rachel C., at the Rt. 100 location, and have been extremely pleased with my progression with her help, along with Paul M.'s help. I highly recommend this company.

These folks are simply amazing!! From the time you walk in the front door until the time you leave, all you see are smiles!! Jennifer & Genesis at the front desk are so pleasant, you know you made the right decision coming here! All of the PT's are equally smiling constantly, even when correcting you! ALL of the therapists are SO encouraging and helpful, you feel better every day and don't even realize that it's from their hard work!! I cannot say enough positive things about the folks at PT Solutions... Paul is doing something right with keeping the team positive at all times!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional, I wouldn't for anywhere else! This is my 4th joint replacement, and PT Solutions has treated me for the last 3 joints!! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole for my wrist she always had a smile on her face which always put me in a better mood no matter how my day was going. She was very caring and made sure to push me just enough to get full recovery back in my wrist. I will send anybody I know with similar problems straight to her because I know they will be in the best hands.

After spending time with two different physical therapy locations I was finally able to work with PT Solutions and got the results I was hoping for. The atmosphere was very positive and the outcome better than expected. I was treated after shoulder surgery and I’m already back for plantar fasciitis. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Cannot say enough positive things about the 7 AM crew. I have worked multiple time with Rachel and Karna. These two are amazing always positive and encouraging. Which I know is not always the easiest first thing in the morning. Great work everyone.

Upon arriving at the front desk the first time I met Jennifer. I of course had no idea what I was doing or what my insurance covered. She was great and went right to work verifying my insurance and setting up my future appointments. Awesome work.

Last year about this time ( 2022 ) I had a pinched nerve in my neck. The therapists there set me up with exercises that help build the muscles back up and performed Cervical Traction.
Thank you Heather. No more problems, of coarse I have to change my lifestyle and posture. And incorporate these exercises into my weekly routine.

This year ( 2023 ) my shoulder was causing pain in certain movements like putting on my pants, attaching a seatbelt, or reaching in my back pocket. Shoulder Impingement I am told. I thought I did the damage from heavy lifting. But a X Ray pointed out that I have a bone spur in my shoulder joint. According to the Orthopedic Surgeon. He prescribed Physical Therapy. That beats surgery any day !
After spending 12 one hour sessions of exercising at PT Solutions my impingement is gone. Thank you again Heather. And to the wonderful staff there in Palm Coast.
I enjoyed going there as I always felt better after leaving.

Nicole is by far the best. She has helped me so much in my recovery and making sure I get my function back into my thumb. She's a great person to talk to as well! I feel like I'm coming in to hang out with a friend and that's rare in the medical field. She makes you feel like an actual person and not just another appointment. Aubrey also adores her and loves tagging along with me. ❤

After knee replacement surgery I have been going to therapy at PT Solutions and the experience has been great The therapists Karna and Marleigh are very professional , knowledgeable and caring of patients .
The place is always very clean and the staff are always sanitize all the equipment after use .
Brian the clinical director also friendly and polite always checking with me as to my progress .
I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends

Christina assessed my knee after surgery and gave great attention to detail. She worked with me one on one and offered recommendations that got me back to walking fast, without pain. She is knowledgeable, specific, and will work with you for the whole appointment.

PT Solutions has a very knowledgeable staff, provides me and my family with excellent care, and teaches us how to prevent further injury. They have been exceptional with my teenager who is very involved in dance and sports. She was back to her activities so quickly because of PT Solutions expert therapists and assist staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for care for myself or my family!

Brian and the rest of the team here have been instrumental in my path to recovery on a number of occasions.
I suffered a stroke in 2019, and with their help, I made a substantial recovery.
2020 I elected to have carpal tunnel surgery, and had pre-op as well as post op treatment, to aid in healing & recovery.

Recently, I suffered a moderate sprain to my left knee. Once again, PT Solutions got me me on the right path for recovery.

Also note I am a self pay client, so the ability to walk in and be treated almost immediately without bogging down with red tape is a big plus.

The team at PT Solutions, from the front desk staff to the therapists who've guided me along the way, were all truly marvelous people. They helped me get back to the sport I love doing. They even made me feel like a member of their family, even with all the COVID-19 CDC protocols. I'd recommend them to any person in need of therapy.

Pt Solutions has been amazing to me. Marleigh has made it super easy with my schedule. She is super kind and sweet. Addresses all my pain and problems. I have been going there for two years now. I haven’t had one problem. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
