This is our fourth home purchase, but the first home here in Florida. My husband and I started searching three years ago. We worked with several different realtors that didn’t pay attention to what we were looking for.
BUT…. That change the day we met Richard Trzaskoma!!! We all sat down, face to face over lunch and he listened to what we wanted in a home. We had challenging specifications that were important to us and not so easily found in this area. And… his search was on.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a zero.. My wife sold her house to Ryan and his team, he gave a sob story and said someone else was buying the house, he also didn’t fix a problem that he said needed it but paid less because of it.. make sure you always check the electric and the air conditioning. Truly he was rude to my wife who I was about to marry, and said they would rent the house to single moms to help them.. All lies.. my wife and I have bought a house since then and Hickory Hill rented to families near me and he lied and even booted families so he could make a quick buck.. now to find out less than four years later he of course sold the house my wife owned for almost double.. this may not be everyone’s experience but it was ours and I will not and have not lied about any of this.. I am ex navy and so is he and sorry to say he doesn’t have honor, courage or commitment to families of this community.. And if you disagree Ryan or the heads at Hickory feel free to contact me and we can have a civil chat.. Stop lying and intimidating people in need…If anyone needs a realtor that will take care of you please let me know I have a few friends that could help..

They go around scamming home owners by telling them their house has problems and needs to be sold, and then buy it at a cheap price and turn around and flip it at 2x what they bought it for, which the homeowner could have easily done had they not been lied to. They put the homes they buy into ill named LLCs and think they're clever, but they aren't. Typical scammer in the real estate industry.

We filled out an application for a rental house. Within a few days, we were approved. We paid the deposit with the agreement that this would hold the home for us while they fixed a few things. In the meantime, we were set up with an account for their tenant portal which stated our lease was to start on 8/14. I called today to find out when we were going to meet to sign the lease. At that time I was informed that they had rented the property to someone else. The reason we were given was that we had a pet. The ad for the home clearly stated that dogs were allowed. (Our dog was on the application and a pet deposit was added to the deposit.) We had already given notice to our current landlord, so if we can't find something within 2 weeks, we will be homeless. Ryan is completely unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with DPBR.
