I’m so grateful that neighbors on Nextdoor App told me about One Love Yoga Studio. I took Mellow Motions today. Gillian’s a pro & represents this practice with grace, passion & with love behind her poses. I’m looking forward to utilizing my new-student 30-day program, to help me figure out what long-term membership is best for me. Thank you, Gillian! I look forward to trying other classes this month!

I've been practicing at One Love Yoga Studio for 6 months now on an almost daily basis. I really love the variety of classes offered, and the instructors are THE BEST! I love how they give guidance in order to deepen my practice and honor my body's needs at all levels and during different phases of life's challenges. It is a sacred physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experience to be a student at One Love. The transformation I am experiencing is truly immense, and I am forever grateful!

One Love Yoga is a great studio that allows for varied approaches to yoga. Whether you seek a more spiritual, mindful practice or you want to work up a good sweat by varying your workouts, One Love welcomes us all. The instructors each have their own approach, but all are accessible to individuals with differing levels of skill and there is always a path to challenging oneself if desired. I love that while I use yoga as another way to exercise, I always leave with my head in a better place, too. Clean studio, easy parking, fabulous instructors!

Jillian is the best yoga teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. One Love is clean, organized, incredibly peaceful and super affordable. Great classes for all experience levels, everyone here is kind and welcoming no matter who you are. Best yoga studio in the county by far.

I’ve been attending One Love for over a year now and love it so much! The instructors are all amazing and offer great variety. The space is always so clean, beautiful, and has great natural light. I’ve been to four other studios and this one far exceeds any others I’ve visited. So grateful for this place!

Gillian is one of the best yoga teachers in Palm Coast! I took her classes when she was teaching at another studio and I loved her! She has a soothing angelic voice which makes her session all the more relaxing! I have since moved to Arizona but always try to send folks her way. She also offers private lessons. You can't go wrong with Gillian!

Thank you for the awesome class! Since I left a review recently it looks like I can't leave another one so I'll just add on to this one. I LOVED your 9:15am Compassionate Flow class! Definitely helped ease some of the tightness and pain from my everyday hamstring soreness and more recently sciatic and lower back from running and cycling. It's a non-heated class but wow I sweat my butt off so I know I got an excellent workout. I will definitely come back to visit the next time I'm in Palm Coast. Best of luck with your beautiful new studio!

One Love Yoga studio is simply fantastic. They offer a variety of different yoga styles and class times.
I started my yoga practice on the new student special and now I am a full-fledged member. Every instructor offers something different and are ALL top knotch. If you are looking for a welcoming studio that makes you feel like home, look no futher.

Melissa's Thursday 9:15 am class is amazing! She is encouraging, uplifting and enthusiastic and took me through a wonderful and challenging hot yoga flow today. I will be a regular in her class. Very professional and showed us her beautiful personality too. Thank you Melissa and One Love Yoga!

I have tried yoga classes at every gym in every town I have ever lived in (and there have been a lot). Gillian is the first yoga instructor I have ever had that actually makes sure I am doing every position correctly, down to every single body part in each position - which is very different from thinking you are in correct position as you try to imitate the instructor at the front of a gym. She also helps me with assisted stretches as I am pretty inflexible (but getting better with her help)! I highly recommend anyone who is interested in yoga go to One Love Yoga.

Great yoga studio! A great variety of classes. There is definitely something for everyone, from stretching/relaxing to more active yoga. Love the Yin & Myofascial release class the best! Gillian does a great job correcting our posture and pushing us to the next level. Couldn’t be happier. :)

One love yoga is a place that helps you find ways to be in the moment. Their staff of caring and professional teachers is astonishing. They get to know you, guide you in your yoga practice and still let you be yourself. Highly recommended.

I have taken a few classes here and I am so impressed with this studio. I’ve learned so much in one week about yoga that I never knew before. The owner Gillian, is extremely good at what she does. Highly recommend this place!!
