Mount Dora Trail

The Mt. Dora trails are fantastic! When I visited, the trails were in excellent condition. There's good parking and nearby bathrooms, plus a place to clean up and a bike pump available, which is really cool. Most of the trails are advanced, but there are always ways around the tougher sections. Don't forget your helmet, as it's required. Overall, a great spot for biking enthusiasts!

Great MTB trail we did have a lot fun up there , we went from Miami to lake city just to ride the trail and definitely we can say Mount Dora was worth it .

The trail builders have made improvements and also added new features in Helter Skelter.
I believe it’s more than 5 miles total now. And still super fun!! Thank you, FASTR!!

Previous review : It’s only about 5 miles worth of trails BUT the trail builders did an excellent job making use of the terrain (what little bit of elevation changes in the area) and adding features to make the ride fun (and challenging if you take the added features).

One of the best local trails in Central Florida! This trail is geared more towards intermediate to experienced riders, but beginners can have fun as well. There is a great skills area and a fairly new jump area.

Super fun windy twisty, technical trails in a pretty setting with lots of fun wooden berms. Mostly blue and beginner trails but a few black/red that I did not do.There is a fun practice area up front, good for kids. First time here, would come back again.

One of the best mtb trail i gotten to do so far, well signs to indicate where to go, has some baseball/softball fields close by as well as a dog park with separate fences for big and smalls dogs.
It has a little bit of everything, play ground for kids, open area for picnics, a warm up area with a small loop for beginners and and a handful of options for intermidior and advanced bike riders.

Great walking trail, Florida nature at its best. Close to dog park and easy access to children playground area. To playground, take bike trail to right, go over bridge, you will come to open area, go over hill and on ridge is playground. Also rope swing on big oaks for older kids.

Biked the Main trail/Florida Flo. Really nice single track. Varied elevation but beginner/beginner intermediate level ride. I did the Flo on my first time around and was a lot of fun. Next time around I did more of the advanced trails they aren’t too bad, but bring your cardio game as they tend to go up and down a lot. Nice area, highly recommend.

Fun mtb trails! Some side tracks are bit techy, but main trail is pretty easy. Also has a good jump area with 3 different table top lines dependent on your skill level. There is also side trail, Helter Skelter which was extremely challenging & definitely for more advanced riders. Nice skills practicing area "Skillsville" at entrance to warm up on too.

We actually played the disc golf course here and loved it. A challenging and hilly 9 holes! We will definitely be back!

This trail was a pleasant surprise... I went in there with low expectations and I was blown away by all the wooden features and fast flowy downhills as well as uphills. Gravity destroyer is absolutely amazing, the features there will keep you engaged but it's not for newbies. Helter Skelter had some really challenging climbs that ranged from punchy to grindy... Terrain diversity like this is not commonly found in FL. A must visit for anyone with intermediate to advanced mtb skills.

Tried a new local trail while on vacation/visiting my family in FL. Trails were a bit sandy with tons of switchbacks. Nevertheless it was a blast to ride.

I wouldn't recommend doing these trails with just any bike. However they do have "easy" trails and "hard" trails. Lots of ramps and some jumps. Great use of a rare florida hill and everything is well maintained.

Good short trail system for a quick after work or before work ride.

The Mount Dora mtn bike trail is a technical trail that is maintained by the OMBA. There is a warm up skills area when you first enter. There is a single track called "Mini Destroyer", and another track called "Gravity Destroyer". There are berms, jumps, downhills and uphills.
You need to commit and have speed when riding the Gravity Destroyer as it is all downhill.
