Top notch customer service. Willing to help when I couldn't find my membership number. Charge me regular price, but told me that once I found my number to come back and they would adjust the price, which They did. Breakfast was awesome. Thank you for your great service!

We were here for one night on a family Thanksgiving trip. We had a king mobility accessible room for our wheelchair, and it was very nice. It had a true roll-in shower with a bench seat. We are frequent Hampton customers, and appreciate the consistent excellent stay and customer service.

Nice hotel in Palm Coast. Staff was accommodating and attentive to everyone's needs. Was a part of a big party staying there for a wedding. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff that took care of that kept everything clean, hot and replenished.

Very comfortable beds. Room was clean and I felt safe at this location as I was traveling alone. The free breakfast was nice and a great start for my continued travel.

Great place to stay, and very friendly staff. Was going to head over to Bob Evan’s for breakfast. But know need, they have a nice breakfast at the hotel.

The best suit are in this Hampton Inn. Beautiful place, this is our second time we stayed here and the service is excellent. Friendly staff. Love to stay here.

Amazing and welcoming facility. The staff is very friendly and good to pets. My dog is blind and soon to be 17. When my battery shorted out in my Infinity QX60, a defect in a battery less than 2 years old, the staff was very willing to do anything to make me smile while waiting for roadside assistance. Amazing and wonderful. Less than 10 miles to Flagler Beach.

Room was clean. Service was good. Price was on par for the area and level of quality. No major issues during the 5-day stay with my family spread across three rooms.
Did have two minor issues:
1. Ants at the swimming pool area. They started to bite and we had to leave the pool area.
2. Bed sheet had a small hole in it.

I liked the location, easy in and out. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Decent hot breakfast with gluten free bread!! Great rooms, very clean. Thoughtful touches like blackout curtains, suit holders and S/C body wash and hair dryer. Even had a hot coffee/hot chocolate bar in the evening. Received a complimentary gift bag too. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and literally loved it. The room was huge and had everything we needed. The food and environment was very good and the staff were so friendly. The lady on reception called Carol went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and she is a credit to your team. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic hotel and location.

Super nice, we had 4 kids with us. Lots to do outside pool fitness center, free breakfast, very good breakfast. One of the best way to hide great hotel highly recommend.

Stayed here with my two fur babies it was wonderful. Very clean spacious room. Affordable price. Great amenities. And the staff was wonderful. Denise and Pete kept me in smiles and made me feel very welcomed and at home.

Late check in went awesome. Professional staff. As a lifetime diamond I’ve stayed in many hotels. 👍

I arrived late due to business travel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I had a terrible experience next door at the best western. All I wanted was a hot, clean shower. I walked in on new years eve in the evening and got the last room. The front desk staff was so friendly. I was so exhausted and they were so patient and kind. The lady (I cant remember her name maybe... Jenn?) noticed I had a visitor badge from the hospital and was very compassionate towards me. When I walked into the room, I almost cried with relief that everything was clean. I took the best, hottest shower I have ever taken. I then laid down in the cleanest hotel bed I have ever been in and had the best night of sleep in a while. The room was so quiet. I wasn't able to hear anything in any of the adjacent rooms or even in the hallway.

Stay here! Clean! Staff was excellent. Price on a Saturday night was shockingly low. I've paid way more for way less. This place cares!
