My husband and I recently bought our home in Leesburg, Florida, and we had the pleasure of working with Tom Tucker at the Strata Group. What was unusual about our situation is that while we were home owners [through inheritance], we had never bought our own home. Hailey Franklin was an excellent resource for me in the purchase of an investment property in Mt. Dora, Florida. I am a real estate investor and developer and have dealt with many residential real estate agents over the years.
