Nice new facility. Staff is nice as well. I did notice the outer (closer to the sides of the building) storage lockers were a bit warmer due to being closer to the windows. But the inner lockers had great temp. Price is good as well.

I asked about a second unit and Katie made sure it was close to my other unit and she gave me the best deal they offer at the time. The place is clean and well organized. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been very pleased with storing my belongings at the Self Storage Plus in Haymarket. Their manager Katie was very helpful in helping me decide how big of a unit I needed. I never had any issues in the four months that my belongings were stored there and their facility was always spotless. I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone in need.

Katie was a pleasure to deal with. Had gotten a 5x5 unit that was a bit to small so had to upgrade and she took care of with zero issues. Location is super easy and the place is nice and clean with great climate control. 👍🏽

Had a great experience renting a storage unit at Self Storage Plus in Haymarket - when we moved into the unit the building had been open for less than six months and we were the first to use our unit. Unit and common spaces are all clean and well-lit, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Would rent here again if needed.

This location has the best rates in Haymarket/Gainesville. I checked with Public Storage and Haymarkey Self Storage and they could not compete. The General Mgr (Katie) was a great tour guide. She showed me 3 different units at various price points and anticipated all of my questions.

The front office staff were very helpful during my initial setup/move-in date and when I moved out. The facility itself was very clean, well lit and accessible.
