CVS

I’ve lived in the area for 11 years and have used this CVS for all of those years. I have no idea where all these 1-star reviews are coming from. Seems suspicious to me. This CVS has never been anything but good to us.

I think everyone there is super nice! The manager Susana is the sweetest person I ever met! ❤I just started lerning how to couponing. So i get nervous when i check out. I guess im not used to paying less or even nothing. I feel like people are always going to stare or judge me but when i came on Saturday and the young Asian boy( sorry I didn't catch his name, but I think he's Korean) was very nice to me and super helpful, he was so kind. I did seft check out and the machine won't take my coupons. He said next time go to him and he will help me check out my items. Super nice kid. Well the self check out that I did forgot to add one of my CRT plus I wanted to do a return. I came back Sunday thinking it's not going to go well because a lot of people don't understand the cvs couponing system. But I was wrong, the manager Susana was so nice to me and very kind. I think she is the sweetest person. Last but not least Anwer the cashier was very patient with me and help me with my check out. I'm very grateful to meet such good people. Thankx guys sooooooo much!!!! You all are awesome!!!! ❤❤❤

I was so surprised to read the low ratings of this CVS! I have had only positive experiences here. Our insurance started requiring CVS a couple of years ago. I go to a doctor in Gainesville. He sends my prescription over to CVS as I am leaving his office, and it is always ready when I get there! If I drop off a prescription, it is ready in 15 minutes. Every drive-thru window employee has been courteous and friendly to me. I try to begin my interactions with a smile, and have always received one in return. CVS notifies me by text when my long-term prescriptions are ready for refill, and has them ready when I want them. I find this CVS to be quite efficient and helpful.

My husband and I have been going to this CVS location, for years. I was shocked to see their low rating. They've always treated us with respect and know us by name. Our favorite employee is Josh, we consider him one of our kids and look forward to seeing him each time.

I have been going here since early 2016. I have always found them helpful, friendly and attentive. They are on-par with other pharmacies. I appreciate them, their work, and they never close. They recognize me and are so nice. Of course they have some turnover, which affects thins, thought that’s understandable. Pharmacist frank and Ann are awesome!
I read other reviews, and have to say I have been present for at least one of the situations, and I don’t believe the person was being accurate . Read her other reviews , She nearly rates everything with one star and always refers to the employees and customers as “shady, not honest, not trustworthy”. Always articulates their possible heritage, nationality etc. is there anyone that lives up to her standards? Geese. Anyway, hate to see someone that thinks and believes that way, leave a review that’s not accurate in my opinion.

Staff are so nice and always smile. This Cvs is clean and massive selection of items(well organized stock). I have only had positive interactions and experiences at this location. I believe, they have many loyal customers as their service is really good. I prefer to use this branch. I don't understand why there are many bad reviews as well. :(

I love this pharmacy. I've been coming here for over a year now and everyone has been very helpful and nice. I don't understand the negative reviews; I have only had positive interactions and experiences at this location. I cannot say that for other stores/pharmacies in the area.

I like the pharmacy staff very much. I've been a customer for years. They know their customers, very accommodating. Frank and Ann are extremely helpful, along with their long-time staff.
