Dunkin'

I have went to this pacific location for some time here lately I have been sending a friend to pick up my coffee. Wether it be me or the friend they always give great and professional customer experience. I know that a while back ago I stopped going cause I couldn't never get hot food or donuts were rarely available. I do believe it has changed for the better. I usely spoke with a Cory very sweet professional and holds up some of the greatest conversations. I just wanted to let this location know They are very lucky to have Mrs. Cory and hope she is around for some time. Thanks for everything

This place can get pretty backed up. But these guys are really good at getting the orders out while maintaining good customer service.
Sometimes the lobby is closed, and sometimes you have to order on the kiosks, but the food is always good, and the coffee is great.

Pulled into Dunkin parking lot to get something to eat and drink and use the facilities at about 7pm. Unfortunately they were closed due shortage of staff - 3 people quit and 2 people called out. However the 2 lovely ladies did open the door and asked if we needed to use the facilities, so they let's us, but we had to go through the drive thru to put in our order, which was fine with us.
We were on a very long road trip and it was so nice and very appreciative how kind and accommodating they were.
We really hope that their week turns around for the better. They sure know what customer service is about.

Love Dunkin. Worked for the company many years, years ago. Better then Starbucks to me.

This is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever gone to (and I have been to a lot of them!). Consistently, the food is always cooked exactly the way it’s meant to be cooked and the coffee is always on point. The morning-rush staff is amazing: warm, friendly and super efficient. I was absolutely not paid to do this review; I am just a regular customer who is genuinely impressed with the quality of staff and product at this location. Thank you all for starting my work days off right! Keep up the great work!!

The walk-in was closed but the drive thru lady was nice and made my order in no time.

They've definitely have picked up the slack from precious negative experiences! It seems they have a nice flow and I can always count on my drink being accurate and good!

my daughter works at this Dunkin, from what she has told me Tuesdays are horrible in the morning because no one shows up at night to make the coffees teas and prepare hot foods. They usually only have 2 or 3 people in the morning until 8:00

I got a iced pumpkin latte and it was really good!! Wasnt sure if I would like it, but glad i tried!!

Was kinda skeptical on coming here because there wasn't many cars and the reviews I've seen but as my first time being here at this dunkin oh my goodness, there is a bit of a wait because I don't think many people are working but they make sure the food is hot and the drinks are yummy! We got our typical we get from any dunkin. 2 large iced lattes and a chicken croissant with a sourdough and wake up wraps and hashbrowns. We always say you can tell how good a dunkin is by their hashbrowns and this did not disappoint. Thank you everyone working you are amazing ❤

Ashley is an amazing employee that deserves to be recognized! Me and my sister stopped and not only was she extremely polite, happy to serve, and had a great attitude she was the only one that showed up for her shift! Great job Ashley!!!

There was a long line at the drive thru. So, we grabbed our masks and went in.
Super fresh donuts and coffee and a great staff. That's what makes this place work.

Donuts are always great but service is lacking. It took forever to get my food and it wasn't the best. They were doing mobile orders or drive thru only.

I asked if the coffee was fresh. Our server indicated it was. I didn't want to try the coffee only to be disappointed if it was not as fresh as I prefer. I ordered a Dunkaccino to be safe. As the server worked I discussed my recent experiences with the coffee in Ocala tasting like it changed. Our server assured me the pot was fresh again and said she would make me a cup, let me taste it and if it wasn't to my liking she would refund my money. It was perfect! She went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience! Thank you!

Tracy and April are so freaking awesome they made me feel welcome since day 1! They’re by far the friendliest employees out of every restaurant I’ve been to. Also Tracy always makes me the best coffee!

The lady working there made us a great coffee! A nice place to stop at while passing thru to Gainesville. DD is worth going thru town instead of taking the new by-pass road.

Went through the drive thru and had something wrong with my order, the cashier Sam went above and beyond in fixing it and was so pleasant and nice!!!

This location is the best Dunkin. They always get my order right, they are fast, friendly and accurate. I absolutely love this Dunkin. This place sets my standard to customer service. They take time to learn their regular's orders and they always seem to be ready for me when I get there! Clean bathrooms and dining area. Awesome crew. Just great!

Great store with super friendly people. Walked in needing 5 dozen doughnuts and they took care of me quickly. Doughnuts were fresh and delicious as well. Everyone at my event enjoyed the variety and flavor!
