Burger King

The order was quick from Justin. We ordered some BBQ whoppers that were missing the BBQ. We also were missing ranches. We went back in and the manager was direct. He pointed out the mistake to the person who made the burger, gave us our condiments, fixed our burgers and gave us ranch. It was awesome. Great Burger King visit with a good attitude and doing the right thing without complaints.

For years this place has been labeled as horrible. But I will say over the last 3 months they really turned this place around! Food came out hot and fresh! Didnt have to wait real long! The crew was very polite to their customers and to each other! The manager on duty coordinated her employee's perfectly! Everyone had a job and they did it! I will definitely be back! The new GM has really done a great job!!

So over year ago I left a one star review in complete frustration, however since they have hired this manager Matt, it's been nothing but a pleasure to come and get food here!! Under his supervision this place has changed a full 180!! The food is fresh and accurate FINALLY! The team really seems to well work under him and it shows!!! Great job Matt!! Hope they throw you a raise for saving this establishment!!

This place has turned around a lot since new management has taken over. I stopped.going for a long time because the food was never fresh or not available and the place seemed dingy. I went in tonight for dinner for my family and the whole staff was friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy when they were out of something I ordered and I waited a few extra minutes for my food. I will be coming back again 😁

Last week I went to the drive thru to order food . My app wasn’t working instead of them writing me of Mr Wesley said come in and I’ll take care of you.
He was able to help me get what I was trying to get . He was very helpful and professional . Will def be back to this location .

First time eating at a Burger King. Ordered a kid’s cheeseburger and added lettuce and tomatoes. It was very tasty. I also like the whole potato is used for fries. BK is now my go to for fast food burgers.

This place has turned around big time! The dining room was packed and drive thru was moving very quickly! Food was great and the service was fantastic! The guy at the drive thru window was also really nice and efficient. I will definitely be back to this location!

Staff is so nice and welcoming to our children. They were really patient waiting for their orders while dinning in. Went a second time using drive thru and the bkack guy at the window and girl next to him were extremely nice , making sure we had everything we needed to eat in the car for a long trip.

Honestly, I think it’s getting better. For as long as I lived here Burger King has always been trash, but lately it has gotten better

I must say I read all the reviews on here and it wasn't looking promising but I had a great experience in the drive thru today. They are polite and quick, even though there were only 3 people working. It's unfortunate that doordash and grubhub no longer deliver for them. I was totally expecting to wait a long time and have a bad experience, but it was the exact opposite.

Best char grilled burgers. But service is sooooo slow.

Dining area needs to be open, food was great, but wanted to wash my hands before eating.
Everyone seemed nice and professional. Not sure why the dining area was shut.

For the first time in my entire life this is the first BK clean and good costumer service. Everything fast and good. I wish all the BK be like this🔥🔥🔥

Burger King seems to have hired a whole new crew of respectful people. I came in tonight and ordered a big order and everybody handled it quite well and they were very accommodating to us. We were treated very well, we want to thank you guys.

Burger King Is one of my favorites fast food places to eat. I do not go often but if I want a hamburger I get ma a whopper with everything, fries, chocolate Milk shake. Most Burger Kings are great but the one in Palm Coast, Florida needs some work. Whoppers are a trade mark ,what you see on picture it's what you get. Still juicy but lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles etc etc. Make look good. I know Palm Coast store can do better, Corporate office needs to come down and make Burger whopper the favorite of everyone.

As with any other fast food it either disappoints or exceed expectations, this time it was the latter. Everything that I got was fresh off and done right. Employee's were slammed, cashier was working a double, the soda dispenser broke and there was chaos, but, they managed and succeeded in coming through for us and keeping our experience positive. Kudos.

Service was a bit slow, but everything was cooked fresh. 5 stars for piping hot good food.

I'd say it is good. Why? Its better and healthier than McDonalds, its faster than any other fast food restaurant here. They also don't mess up our orders like McDonalds does all the time. I would go here anytime then any other fast food restaurant. Oh, and below, I don't know what your talking about. They never give me these problems. Never EVER happened to me. I knew Burger King when he was a prince! His food has always been good. You all are LIERS!!!!!

When I visit, the food always comes out tasting amazing. I always look forward to the 2 for 10 whoppers and $1.49 10 piece nuggets. Although, it does depend on the time of day and who is cooking and preparing your meals. Seems like some employees just work there, while others strive to deliver greatness.

The store was short staffed on my visit. Their were only 2 employees working this evening. The employees did a great job considering the circumstances! Good job fellas
