Don't know her name...., but she had a cute little cherry tattoo on her right wrist .
she took my order and was very nice and very professional. She even went extra mile and presented me the tray in a very very nicer professional way and make sure that I had all my food. correct.

The food was very tasty and well done everything was delicious and on point; chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside .

The coleslaw was very delicious very fresh and well balanced with the right amount of ingredients. My experience here was a very good one and the food was awesome thank you to the lady with the cherry tattoo on her wrist.

Ok, I’ve been to this Popeyes before and it was not at all very good. Today after a few months I went and got a four piece that was absolutely delicious. The chicken and side of red beans and rice was hot and very tasty. The service was great and the place was clean and well staffed. I am honestly impressed and very happy that they turned things around. Thank you Popeyes.

We had a great experience at this Popeye's. The food was fresh and cooked just right. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I know this place got a lot of negative reviews when it first opened. I think a lot of that was due to being overwhelmed and high turn over due to that. However, my experience has been in and out quick with good service and freash hot food.

Tim and Gina in the dining room are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. I ordered the family 14 piece dinner and had a little hiccup with to many wings, but it was fixed with a smile 😁. The chicken was fresh and tasted great.The restaurant is clean. They are a little understaffed but still made the best of it. Tim should definitely be in a higher position because he really knows his customer service.

I know the Popeyes had issues when it first open but the last five times that I’ve gone the food has been fresh. The employees been friendly and the restaurant has been clean. I’m glad I can keep coming back now.

The wait was 30 minutes, but the line moved fast. The food was hot and very spicy. The chicken sandwiches #8 & 9 were very juicy, the popcorn shrimp #10, taste like the ocean! Total was $22.oo!

Fan of Popeye's chicken, always fresh and hot. Chicken was perfect like always 🤣 but I am giving 4 stars cause the fries were cold and not too good.

The team was funny and friendly. Our food was hot and good. Everything was clean from the glass doors to the floor and tables. It was five stars for our visit.

This Popeyes is great!! We had nuggets, 2 chicken breasts, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits. Everything was great and the drive through line was very short. The building itself is new and in a great location. 5 stars for Palm Coast Popeyes!!

This particular store is rough, from what i read in the reviews. After visiting the store, i can see they are going through a change in management and the new manager is working hard. The night i came, he was training a new hire named Caleb, boy is he a piece of work. The manager kept his firm cool level head and helped him with my order. It felt good seeing a brother in this type of position in this type of area. I've been a regular ever since. My chicken was cooked through and through, i watched him make my mash & Gravy, and when i say it was smooth and good. I highly recommend visiting this store.

I Love Popeyes. Their chicken tenders are delicious! And my husband loves the chicken thighs. The fries are to die for. Thank you Popeyes 😃

Went through drive thru got it wrong first time and agreed to replace the entire meal manager was great lady

Family and I swung through the drive through on our way out of Ormond and they had us taken care of in no time. Friendly staff member took our order and everything was great. Guess that was my wife's first time having their chicken sandwich and she enjoyed it, though the real impressive thing was how much she liked the biscuit. High praise from a southern gal!

Jennifer, drive thru cashier, gave excellent customer service. Her understanding of the menu items and courtesy exhibited top-notch professionalism. Her customer service was next to none. Thank you for a fresh, piping hot meal.

We stopped by for the chicken wings ghost pepper and of course they were out of them, so we both got a 3 piece chicken tenders combo meal one with mashed potatoes and one with fries. Anyway the girl told us to pull over to the side because they were just putting the tenders down in the fryer. We waited 6-10 minutes and she brought the order out to us since the inside was once again closed, and we got all the way home which was about 40 minutes home.
Was super hungry and went to eat, had our mouths watering for tenders when we opened them up and one wasn't even tenders it was a 2 piece white with fries for one, the other one was correct BUT wasn't as I remembered it to be. They used to be crispy but these were like they were just pan fried and what happened to the mashed potatoes? They had gravy on them but they put something in the gravy which tasted terrible, I threw them away. This is the last time I will be going to this Popeyes in PC. I will travel to another city before I go back.

Unlike many other Popeyes locations, the staff here were pleasant and efficient. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty. Good job and I hope this restaurant’s staff keeps up the good work.
