Representative for 10 Federal Storage was extremely helpful. I haven't moved in yet but setting up everything was so easy! Again, I can't say enough about the agent that helped me. He stayed on the line while I filled out the online application and a on site agent immediately called me to answer my additional questions. 10 Federal Storage representatives are the BEST!

I arrived the gate today to pick up my belongings and the gate was malfunctioning. Staff was courteous and helped me try to gain entry. Unfortunately it did require a maintenance worker to come out and I had to leave due to work, but they were able to fix the issue

The agent was very helpful and explained all my options for the issue I was having with my account. My debit card was frozen because of an unauthorized payment so I cancelled the one one file. She updated my card, processed my payment, added my new card to automatic payment and sent a receipt to my email. She was very gracious and helpful.

Excellent customer service! They informed me that I accidentally made a reservation for multiple units. The lady I spoke with was extremely polite and vary helpful. I’m happy to have a storage unit at 10 Federal Storage.

This is an automated storage service with on line registration. Had a few problems filling out the lease agreement, but an agent was available to help, and she was great.
The facility itself is clean, with plenty of room, and is well laid out.
So far so good!!!

Cedric was the rep who helped resolve our issues with changing payment method for our two units. He was friendly, helpful, patient, respectful, and rendered efficient service. He is the employee that any service based industry should seek to hire.

I have had the best experience with this storage company. Easy access and great customer service. I love the security with the gated access.

I used this location to have my uhaul boxes loaded and shipped to NYC. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They called ahead of time to confirm my order and make sure everything was correct. They let me pick up the furniture pads early so the other movers could use them to bring my stuff to the box, Chuck even spoke to the driver to make sure my boxes would arrive on time and called me to confirm. Highly recommend them

Great experience! All gates and doors opened, lights went on, and unit was clean. And if I called for information, a real person answered, and they were always polite and helpful.

The Customer Service here is top notch! I have called multiple times and have always received stellar service. Perhaps there are newer facilities in the area, but I would absolutely go with this one for the service alone.

Have used them twice now for long time storage needs. Awesome service and most locations are 24 hour access.
