Staff was more than professional. They were human, personal and very thoughtful. All they did for my dad 5 years ago and even used that opportunity to help make my mother's future passing that much easier.
I am grateful to the staff for their commitment and excellence.

My parents are buried together here, my mom since 2017 and Dad since 2011. They use to take care of the maintenance and when I’d call saying their water was turning the headstone orange they’d clean it. I ran into an issue with the stone needing cleaning, the manager, a very nice man, reached out to me and took care of everything. Very appreciative of their consideration. Thank you.

The funeral director and staff went out of their way to make our experience very comfortable and stress free. My mother recently passed and as I was out of my comfort zone with the idea of burial arrangements, I was so relieved and comforted by Craig Flagler Palms who remembered my mom from over 10 years earlier burying my father. Even though they have changed hands in business, there is still an air about them that relationships matter! Beth took very good care of my family's needs during our difficult time. We were even able to reminisce about my mom and have a laugh or two; and, seriously, you can't do that unless you feel comfortable with the people you are with. Beth was wonderful!

Craig Flagler Palms did a beautiful Service for my father. They went above and beyond and really surprised us with their display and setup. The catering was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Alan did an unbelievable job of making my dad’s service so special. We received compliments from people who attended the service some saying it was the best they've ever attended. From the food to the memorabilia on display that the stagers did to help portray to everyone our dads passion for his family and his other love, his native Belfast N. Ireland. I can’t thank them enough for the care, kindness and compassion during the most difficult time.

My Dad had his service yesterday. I am still devastated with grief, but I had to sit and do this review. These people are something else. Matt Maxwell paid attention to everything we were saying, my daughter, my sister and I. Even listened between the sobbing. When we came for the service, I immediately started crying because the details I saw right as I stepped in hit me. They got my Dad. The best compliment I can give is that my family all thought we brought in the things they were using. My younger brother had rushed to get there before my sister and I, thinking maybe they had put a bunch of makeup on my Dad. We had had that experience with my Grandpa in a different funeral home, and my Dad had wiped. the excess off. My Dad had complained they made him look like a clown. No makeup. My mom kept saying he looks like he is alive. I honestly could go on and on about all the details they took care of and how perfect our Dad's send off was. No, it does not take away the pain, but it definitely helps to feel you celebrated him as he deserved.

Our mother had her Arrangements already made after our father's death which took the burden of decision from our shoulders.
There was GREAT VALUE in taking care of that for us as her survivors.
Jeanna LISTENED to us regarding our mother service and created a Service of Remembrance that reflected our mother PERFECTLY.

This was the most amazing experience. The celebration of the life of my mother could not have been done greater. Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home made every part of the process smooth and easy as they paid attention to every detail. I cannot thank them enough for how well they took the care of everything. God bless everyone at Craig's especially Jeanna for her patience. I know my mother is resting peacefully and was pleased to have had such a fabulous send off.

We received the call late in the morning on the Sunday before Memorial Day that my mother in law was transported by ambulance to a Palm Coast hospital. When we arrived at the hospital, she was already gone. My father in law and my wife were overcome with emotion. The hospital gave us a list of funeral homes in the area. I checked the reviews of each location on the list. I have never had to do this before. I decided on Craig Flagler Palms. You never know exactly what you can expect based on the reviews of others. I called the number from the list for this location and Matt answered the phone. I had no idea if I made the right choice until days later. Matt reassured me that he would take care of everything. I called him a couple more times to ask questions. He answered the phone each time (on a Sunday) and was patient, polite and kind. My wife, her brothers and my father in law met with Matt a couple of days later. My brother in law called to thank me for choosing this funeral home. He said that everyone was kind, attentive and that every one of the family members questions and concerns were answered. The team at this funeral home listened to everyone’s questions and concerns. Every one of them were made to feel like their questions mattered and were important. The team was not pushy and did exactly what our family asked them to do to preserve the dignity and respect of our loved one. When I spoke to my father in law, he told me the exact same thing. What a relief! This was an extremely difficult time for all of us. I was so relieved to hear that I made a great choice. With something as important as planning someone’s funeral and selecting the people who you will be working with, it is not only an honor to be taken seriously, but something that you don’t want to mess up. I can’t thank Matt and his team enough for taking a terrible situation and making things simple and less confusing for my family. From the service at the funeral home, to the transportation and service at the National cemetery, everything went flawless. These situations are often unexpected and rarely planned for. If you find yourself in a similar situation like I was in, I highly recommend this funeral home.

Jeanna Maria Passalaqua was amazing and so incredibly helpful. She made this hard process so easy. With just a brief conversation she created a display of all my mothers favorite things. That pleasantly surprised myself and my family and allowed us to have a laugh and a joyous time as my mother would of wanted. They have handled other loved ones services and will always have my business. I can’t express in words how pleased I was.

We recently had a Memorial Service at Craig-Flagler Palms. I worked with Jeanna during the week of planning the event. I live in NY and Jeanna went out of her way to make all the tasks available via phone or email. Based on information I provided about Dad and his life, hobbies, and interests she arranged the most amazing displays and decor. The room we celebrated Dad's Memorial in was alive with who he was and all the interesting things he did during his life time. Thank you so much Jeanna!!!
