I have been dealing with Ed at Wolcott Inc. since 2004. He was the realtor involved in my first condo purchase located in Flagler Beach. He and his team had since managed the annual rentals and maintenance needed with my unit. He was recently involved with the purchase of our home in Palm Coast as well as the rentals and maintenance there and everything went smoothly. Lastly, he was instrumental in the sale of our condo in Flagler. During this time, Ed and his team have provided excellent support and responsiveness. If you are looking for personalized service, Wolcott is the realtor to employ.

Excellent local knowledge and experience. Ed helped me tremendously.

Called three times no response and no calls back. Go to the office to ask to do a walkthrough for a apartment, we were told to come back the next day before 2:00pm. Called them back next day at 12ish and said we could be there at 1:30pm said to late Ed already leaving. We showed up to ask what the hours are because it says here they are open till 5 the women said" I didn't know we had a website" how unprofessional and they ask us to come back tomarrow with no time. Are we just supposed to take off work and hope they show us the appartment if they are to lazy to do it?

No return call, how rude. I’ve been in real estate 34 years and have never seen such a thing.
