River Inn at Seaside

Such a perfect spot for our 2 night get a way. The location, facilities and amenities were perfect. What put it over the top was the most adorable welcome (fresh cookies) and a happy birthday card for my husband and I signed by the whole staff!! Like- what?! Wow!! They really go above and beyond. We felt so special and appreciated all the hospitality. Highly recommend!!

My family really enjoyed our visit here. It was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. We liked the pool. We didn’t know they had fire pits and free loaner bicycles so those were nice surprises.

Most enjoyable stay! Great variety of food for breakfast, cozy environment, amazing staff, and many more amenities to be thankful for. My family and I will definitely be staying here again!

From the arrival to the hotel, the hotel had a very calm and welcoming environment. The staff were all courteous, respectful, and prompt with the check in process. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Clean smelling bedsheets and comfortable beds. AC and heater worked very well. My favorite thing overall was the continental breakfast. There was one staff person operating the whole thing and continuously replenishing food items as soon as they ran out. Huge kudos to her for dealing with all over 20 people being there at once as the breakfast space and seating was a little small, but very well stacked with different food options. When I was there for 2 nights, there were bagels (toaster present), coffee, biscuits & gravy (hot), two waffle makers, milk, OJ, fruits, and cute little muffins. Overall I would definitely return to this hotel in Seaside!

Great location and excellent rooms. Decent breakfast in the morning and welcome cookies in the evening are good too. Love the patio with fireplace next to the river. Highly recommend for any couples or families!

Great little coastal spot, perfect location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were fair and decent. Water was hot and the rooms were clean.

I spent 4 days at the River Inn at Seaside. The thing that stood out for me is the water pressure in the shower! It is better than the water pressure at my house! Better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, anywhere! And the view from my balcony wasn’t bed either! Location and proximity from the beach is excellent too! 5 out of 5 stars!

Quick walk to everything in town, pool was simple, but nice. Breakfast was better than majority of hotels. Room was nice, but the lighting could be better. Other than that solid experience.

It's been a wonderful experience. Nice staff. Clean room. Ice machines were down, but they had some bagged ice for those guests askimg for ice. Pet friendly. Rooms are carpet...wish they were hard floor just because of the pet dander. BUT every thing in the room works. No bad smell. Delicious breakfast options. All and all so far a great experience.

Clean, pet friendly, nice pool and hot tub, a good continental breakfast close to the main drag( Broadway ) has a really nice patio area right next to the river. Very nice and friendly staff! Parking lot is lit up like a football field at night so I felt like my vehicle was very safe. Overall great experience, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved the service and location!! The bed was a little too firm but nothing the hot tub or a hot shower couldn't sooth.

The hotel was conveniently located approximately 15 minutes away from Cannon Beach. We chose this hotel because there was a large parking area that was free. The lobby looks newly renovated. There was a pool on the left which we never had the time to use. Our room had a serene view of the river. The breakfast was very basic and not much to offer. There were bread, waffle, cold egg and some cereals. The atmosphere was nice though.

So many special details at this hotel! It's a very sweet place. Everything in Seaside is walkable, and they've got nice bikes too. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pits, it's not fancy but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fairly generous and the service is warm and attentive, more I can say than most places in Oregon. I loved the free DVD library, really cute.

A pleasant 1-night stay. No complaints - room was clean (thanks housekeeping :)), bed was comfy. The included breakfast was what you'd typically expect with a reasonable variety of breaky options. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Property is close to beach and Seaside's main street amenities/restaurants.
We'll definitely stay again on our next Oregon Coast road trip!

Such a great place to stay in Seaside! Our family of 8 had a great getaway here. The rooms were well-appointed, staff was helpful and friendly too.

We loved our stay here. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room was well maintained and was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. It works well for a family trip or a romantic getaway. A great experience!

I've stayed at some nice hotels, a few in Seaside! But the rooms we stayed in were by far the cleanest rooms I've been in in a very long time! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We went to Seaside thinking it wouldn't be too crowded since school started, so we didn't make any reservations! What a mistake! It happened to be the last of the summer big weekend, with a car show, and sandcastle competition so rooms were very few and far between! But we ended up getting rooms for Fri and Sat nights! Great job on the hotels part finding us a awesome place to stay! Would definitely go back, and recommend to others!

Great VALUE! This hotel will genuinely try to make you feel welcome and as comfort as possible. I loved the amenities, and for a family on a budget, this is a great place to stay! Our pet was welcome as well!

The children were playing on the playground equipment, the entire time, with all the parents were at the campfire’s making s’mores!
Like two minutes from the ocean! The parking was great!
Continental breakfast was lacking protein items.
Dining room was a little tight.
Otherwise, a great experience We’ll be back!
