Planned to go elsewhere on our last day in Seaside but they were closed so we chose this place next. Inside was cool as it was an old movie theater and is still used as such for sports, it sounds like but the screen was not pulled down when we were there but on the stage (behind where the screen would be) was their brew tanks. We were there on a Tuesday 1-2pm and the Service was impeccable!

Drinks- I had the raspberry cream beer and my husband had the honey orange logger which were both great. Our kids had the vanilla cream soda which was phenomenal (and we are a cream soda LOVIN family).

Food- my daughter loved her cheeseburger. Clam strips were delicious, the fried pickles were maybe a little over fried but that maybe a preference thing. My fried halibut was really good but did not stand out or anything. French fries are the more home style which just aren’t my favorite. My husbands pulled pork nachos were NOT good, he didn’t like that it was made with their house potato chips instead of tortilla chips but it could have been over looked if the pulled pork had not been literally the driest piece of meat we’ve ever put in our mouths!!!! And finally the most important and anticipated part of a meal for me on the coast is the clam chowder and let me tell you it did NOT disappoint. Yes the chowder did need a good amount of salt and pepper but that is a personal preference of mine and so easy to add so I never judge based on that!

Overall, I would definitely go back!!!

Venue really stands out here. Sisu took over a historic theater, and it's maybe the most unique restaurant/bar I've ever been to.

Food is totally fine, but the venue is the star here. Good service for what seemed like a stressed-out staff (you all did great!).

We walked in 15 minutes before close to see if carry out was still an option. Brittany greeted us kindly, promptly took our order, and offered us beverages while we were waiting. (I always hate going to restaurants near close but we felt very welcome) The food came quick and it was delicious! We got the chicken strips basket and the old western burger—both very good. Large portions too! Would recommend.

cool place for sure, went there for food and beer. it was monday night. the place is set in a movie theater, chairs removed and dining tables in place yet monday night football was playing on the huge movie theater screen! had no idea I was like a in a man cave heaven. got a beer flight (4 ounce beers, 6 different varieties. 11 bucks. rueben sandwich as well which was a solid 7.5 on the rueben scale. I like to taste all ruebens and rate them, there's here is pretty good. great service, excellent atmosphere and fairly priced. you must check this place out if in seaside!

Excellent brewery inside an old movie theater. Still have the seats, stage, ticket booth and popcorn station. Great brews and the pork belly fries are to die for. They are spicy, sweet and salty and with a cold dark brew you will smile from ear to ear. I highly recommend this location.

Great beer, great atmosphere, and great bartenders! The honey orange lager and tomcat lager were my favorites, but it was all really good.

We went for dinner and a special viewing of A Flash of Beauty: Bigfoot. The food was amazing, staff were attentive and pleasant, and the theater chairs are neat and comfy. We moved to the balcony upstairs after eating at the bar stools. You can remove the trays on your chairs. Great experience.

Amazing! Fantastic beer, food and service. Huge portions of food. The clam chowder is the best in OR. Turning an old movie theater into a brewery / restaurant was a brilliant idea! Came twice while we were vacationing in Seaside and can't wait to come back!

When you come here you HAVE to try the Ruben or the French dip sandwiches! They were delicious, fresh chips and the perfect amount of cheese. He had a beer flight, which found out he liked dark beer cause he’s never tried some of them before, the cider I had was from Incline.
The atmosphere was welcoming, fun and enjoyable. Also had to take a walk around to upstairs where there is balcony seating and a MOVIE SCREEN with, at the time, a baseball game.
It was fun and we will def be going back and I will be bringing my fam here.

This is such a fun and unique experience! This is a converted theater, with a full service restaurant and their own brews! The food is AMAZING, atmosphere BEAUTIFUL, and they keep a movie playing - we enjoy "Elf".
My sister and I chose to go non-alcoholic and had their in-house brewed Vanilla Cream Soda (yummm!), we shared the French Dip & the Poutine - absolutely divine - with plenty left over!
I highly suggest this place! Service is also topnotch!

This is a great place for great beer! Cari was an amazing bartender, she was very attentive and helpful when it came to sampling different beers. My husband and I really enjoyed the Saint Urho IPA. The atmosphere is less crowded and loud then some other restaurants around the main strip. Definitely worth stopping in for a drink!

Tried this for dinner on our vacation. Pictures and reviews looked appetizing and the allure of a renovated movie theater into a restaurant sounded awesome! We were definitely not disappointed. The aesthetic inside is really cool and there was Thursday Night Football playing live on the one projector on the center wall, which you faced as you sat and ate.

We ordered the Poutine, BBQ Porter Pulled Pork Sandwich, Jambalaya and the Mac & Cheese along with a flight of Sisu's lagers and ales. Looks wise, the food was very colorful and presentation was great. Taste wise? The Jambalaya is FIRE. It was crazy flavorful and had some intense heat at the end of the bite that lingered for almost too long! The Poutine was also legit, largely the cheese curds are soft battered in the best way - some of the best curds we've had and my significant other is from the Midwest! Finally the Pulled Pork Sandwich was delicious but difficult to eat due to the ciabatta bun but you can't hold that against Sisu. The Mac & Cheese was also good but needed some additional salt to really sing.

The beer flight was only $11 for 6 brews which is an honest to god steal - and all of the brews we tried were different and tasty. Highly recommend this to beginners.

Can't also stress enough that the service we received tonight was phenomenal - some of the best honest service we've received anywhere which speaks volumes to the care and dedication the Sisu staff have towards it's food, craft beer and customers.

Solid 5 star restaurant right in the heart of Seaside's strip that deserves a visit if you're in the area. Highly recommend.

Every month there are live bands, or a party night. Could be comedy night and dinner or best Star Trek outfit. Super Bow; party.
This brewery is in the Times theater and the projector still runs, so sometimes it's a movie and dinner.

Very cool place. They turned a movie theater into a brewery and restaurant. Food was great and beers were good. The cubano was so good. Pork belly fries were very good as well. So many good options you will want to come back again just to try new things.

Great atmosphere when the big screen is down.
The food is very good too!!
This is one of the relative few places where vegetarians can go and get a decent burger with a salad instead of fries all the time.
Cozy place to come more often. Definitely worth the drive!

Kool old theater. The brewery is on the theater stage. The nacho is yum, real chips of potatoes, amazing roasted tomatoes

This is one of the best places we ate at in Seaside! The clam chowder is amazing and flavorful- tons of clams, peppered bacon, and comes with a piece of this delicious beer bread. The beers are great too. The restaurant/brewery is located in an old theater, and looks really cool on the inside- they kept the huge movie screen and play sports games on it.
