What a great local coffee shop restaurant! I went for breakfast and enjoyed every bite of my biscuits and gravy Combo plate. Scrambled eggs, added cheese. Two sausages, and I ordered plenty of coffee to top it all off. Friendly staff, I'll be back!

Food was good. It's hard to find decent clam chowder at the beach but this place had a good tasting bowl. Decent pricing too! We had the Rileys melt (basically just an adult grilled xheese with ham and turkey) and a HUGE ham & bacon omlet (you wont leave being hungry) you can tell the locals come here cause 3 guests came in and the waitress confirmed their order by memory as they walked through the door. I would visit again

Looking for a quick bite with the family at a decent price?? Riley's restaurant and lounge is a pretty decent restaurant a few blocks from Broadway, the food was delicious at a fare price and was very quickly brought to the table. The customer service was great and had a nice atmosphere for friends and family. Will definitely be back on our next trip through seaside. Also its way more practical than waiting in line for pig'n'pancakes for 50 mins.

This place was amazing but hard to find. We were traveling through Seaside and stumbled across this gem. Seaside seems to be a city of retirement/vacationing, so this place was completely empty. That being said, service was quick and friendly. We snacked on some cheese sticks with Marinara sauce as we waited for our food. Took roughly 8-10 minutes to get our food. When it came out it was perfectly proportioned to the size of 5he plate. I got the ham/turkey and Swiss. The cheese was just barely melted keeping the meats together. The sandwich came with a handful of crips fries on the side. Other than being slightly overpriced the dining experience was very plesant.

It's a hole in the wall diner that has a great menu and great food. It's a place you might look at and just drive by. I'm glad I tried them out.

Sarah is a wonderful waitress! Amazing and patient with the large party we had. The fish and chips is some of the best I ever had and my dad had the razor clams and said they did a great job cooking them. It was all perfect!we are definitely coming here again!

Quiet & friendly. Food was good and service was quick. First time for us and our friends are regulars.

Nice little restaurant. Very good service, the food is excellent! My girlfriend and I had a nice dinner and breakfast the following morning. We stayed at the Red Lion which is walking distance to Riley's. Very nice restaurant! We recommend eating there if you're ever in Seaside, Oregon.

Very clean restaurant. Good selection of good. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Can get breakfast all day. Dinner with my wife was quiet and the food was very good.

We stopped in late for dinner and a bev and had a great experience. First visit and our bartender was prompt and friendly. Our dinner order was quickly served and exactly what we expected. I had chicken fried steak and it was awesome, not a fried oval from the freezer and my friend had the rib eye and enjoyed it. Nothing fancy but a solid dark bar. The restaurant is a classic looking dinner.

Spacious, clean and wonderful staff. Our waitress was so gracious and patient with our 12 person group. The food was very good and prices comparable.

I enjoyed their Denver omelet this morning. It was REALLY delicious! Perfectly cooked with extra tasty feelings. Also their service was very fast and attentive. I liked that their menu prominently featured "petite" meals and I got the perfect amount of food. Prices are in line with similar restaurants of this type in the area. The place also was very clean.

Excellent food great service. Really enjoyed it. We both ordered the bacon cheese burger 🍔. The bun was toasted perfectly. The meat juicy an the fries had a great crisp to them. Definitely recommend going.
