Rivertide Suites Hotel

First time staying here and they were wonderful! We have an Autistic toddler and were worried about a late check in and they were amazing and kind enough to get us a room earlier so she could have a break from the car before heading to activities. Rooms were cute and clean. Bed was cozy. Pool was nice and to top it off they had gluten free bagels at breakfast which as a celiac is a huge win! Will definitely stay here for all future beach trips, thank you!

Super clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms, helpful and friendly staff. These are truly residential suites, with full kitchens and even a washer/dryer...! And if you don't get a westerly view with your room, you can always go to the crow's nest on the roof to sit and enjoy a great view of Seaside and the ocean beyond.

Stayed in a top floor clean, comfy king bed with sofa suite. This room had a small view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets which was a bonus. Breakfast could be better but there’s a full kitchen in the room so we made our own. We’ve stayed here several times over many years and always enjoy ourselves!

I LOVE this place.
Lovely hotel by the river, balcony view is great, close to the beach, the pool was great as well, the hot tub was super hot which I loved.
The rooms were cozy and stock up with dishes, soaps, etc.
Full kitchen, washer and dryer, fire place.
Slept so good in the bed, the showers are great.
I cannot wait to return.

I booked this hotel last minute for a chess tournament my son went to in Seaside. They were very helpful with the booking. It was very easy to call and they answered their phones, which is more than I can say for some of the other hotels in the area.
We booked a 2- bedroom. The room came with a full kitchen and everything we needed for cooking.
The living room is comfortable and spacious. We had 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms.
The housekeeping is great. The space was immaculate. No sand on the floors, no stains anywhere, immaculate.
The view was beautiful and there is a lot of light in the space.
Most of all, I was extremely impressed with the hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great experience with my family there. They have nice amenities too. Little bar is cozy and staff is nice. Jetted tub in our room was amazing. Nice and close to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay . We will defeated be returning

This is a conveniently located hotel at the heart of Seaside, Oregon. Lovely rooms with all the appliances you might need to feel at home. Cozy lobby and common areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had someone with us with mobility issues, so we stayed on a suite on the first floor next to the lobby and with a "backyard." We absolutely loved it there. The only thing we feel they can improve is the included breakfast choices. They only have bagels and muffins besides cereal and packed cold boiled eggs for breakfast. They have bottled apple juice, cold milk (dairy and non dairy), packets of hot chocolate, apple cider, and a variety of tea. They also have oranges and apples. Regular coffee was too watery, so we had to get coffee somewhere else. But they also provide brown bags in case you want to take anything from the breakfast room with you. We stayed there for two nights to see the 4th of July fireworks on the rooftop, and it didn't disappoint. The beach was crowded, so watching the fireworks sitting comfortably on that rooftop was fantastic. The hotel also left a bag of 4th of July goodies for us to use, so that was a nice touch as well. We had a small dog with us, and she loved the stay, too! Pets aren't allowed in the breakfast area, though. Please check the house next to the hotel. It's adorable. To summon it all up, we loved our stay there and can't wait to come back to Seaside Oregon and stay there again. Thank you, Rivertide Suites Hotel, for making our experience there so memorable!!

Kathryn, Addison, Jason, Cassaria, and Debbi were all such a delight during my stay with the best customer service. My room was stunning and had a gorgeous view, and very close to the beach! It was lovely and I can’t wait to come back. ☺

This is the best place to visit in Seaside. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. My grandkids love the swimming pool

Friendly and very helpful staff. Got a studio room, and it is very spacious, clean, and deck is great. Also has a rooftop patio.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Our 1st night, there were a handful of things that just weren't up to par. Linens for the sofa hide away bed were dirty, no extra comforters/blankets were available for us to have our kids sleep comfortably on it. The jacuzzi tub was not sanitary, black/red molt all over.

BUUUT! Kendall at the front desk went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable! She moved us to a lower floor, King Suite facing the river, the next day! Linens and comforters, as well as the bathtub and room, were spotless! Despite moving rooms, our stay that 2nd night was superb!

Stayed here to travel to Cannon Beach at night and in the morning. Perfect hotel for that. Kids had fun with the bubbles in the bathtub. Fitness center is perfect. Breakfast is good. Price value is perfect.

Loved this place. Had a washer and dryer, which we were so great full for. Stayed for two nights and loved it. Clean, spacious, perfect.

We love this place. This is one of those types of places that you just want to give more than 5 stars. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool and hot tub are refreshing and relaxing. The location itself is not directly on the beach but is close enough. It is just a short walk to Broadway, which has Carousel Mall and all of the little shops that I simply must visit. The price is very reasonable. The room includes a kitchen area and a washer and dryer, so if I need to use them, they are here for me. This is not our first visit and definitely will not be our last. This is becoming my home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were all incredibly warm and friendly. While walking through the hotel, we were asked numerous times if there was anything we needed for our room to make our stay more comfortable. We were also called up to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory after we checked in.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family! We had a nice king bed to sleep in with a door to our room and our own bathroom, our teenager had a queen room so he could have his privacy, and our younger kiddo had the sofa bed. There was so much space for everyone! The full kitchen was awesome. There were board games available to borrow in the lobby, and we had a great time playing games by the cozy fire in our suite. Everything was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable.
Being right in downtown was so nice. We walked everywhere!
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent hotel with river and panoramic views from the crows nest on 5th floor. Easy access from 101 highway. Walking distance from town center and beaches. Quaint late afternoon wine bar with lounging area

Probably my favorite stay ever. The suite was like a beautiful small apartment. Perfect accommodation for our family of 5. The view was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The surrounding area was a lot of fun. 15 minute walk to the beach, and in between there is so much to do and see. There was something great for everyone ranging from 3yrs old 33. We were sad we only had one night to spend here, we will definitely be going back for a longer stay in the future.

The rooms are nice & cozy. The view from the living room & bedroom are beautiful. Woke up the sound of sea gulls very charming!

The “full breakfast” was very disappointing as it consisted of bagels, bagged boiled eggs, cereal, milk, almond milk. The coffee was way too strong & i like strong coffee.
