I’m so thankful I stumbled upon Seaside Vacation Homes while looking for a rental on the usual google searches. We have spent over a decade of renting multiple homes a year on the Oregon coast and other areas and this was by FAR our best experience so far! Excellent communication, Beautiful clean comfortable home, a great location too! We were greeted with a special surprise too, a birthday card for our son who turned 10!! We even accidentally crossed paths with some employees and they were so friendly and nice without knowing we were renting their home! I will be going straight to them for our next trip!

We just had an amazing Seaside, OR trip! We rented 2366 Ocean Vista Drive (June 11-June 15) and were blown away by the perfect location, exceptional customer service, and the comfortable, clean home. The backyard backed to the beach! We watched the sunset from the living room picture windows each night! Perfect bliss!! We will definitely be returning!

This place is our favorite! It’s so cozy and nice, and the view of the ocean is so much better in person than the photos and the host is so communicative. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with lots to do(if you even want to leave)this is the place to stay!

Our family did a spontaneous trip to Seaside & booked directly with Seaside Vacation Homes for 1440 Beach Dr January 6-7.
The staff at Seaside Vacation Homes were great to work with & provided great instructions for checking in & out. Made it so easy.
1440 Beach Dr was a great home away from home for our family & was dog friendly. Short walk to the beach. Home was clean, beds were comfortable & the hot tub was a great amenity. The parking was tight for an SUV but for larger vehicles you can park on the street.
Would definitely stay here again or one of their other locations.

This was our second year staying at the Big House Little Beach property at 888 Beach Dr (August 12 - 16th, 2024) and we booked for next year too! The house is wonderful and the beach is amazing. We had two families of four and it was perfect for all of us. The kids (ages 5 and 8) went out to play in the driftwood as soon as they woke up and stayed out there until bed time. We spent most of our time at the house but it is close to lots of attractions and other things to do. We enjoyed the wreck of the Iredale, just 15 minutes away.
This trip is our summer tradition!

We booked directly with Seaside Vacation Homes for our family trip December 28 through the 31st 2023. We stayed at Hidden Cove and It was absolutely perfect for 10 of us. We did have an issue with a bathroom not working, but they came out immediately to fix it and were super nice. The place had better views than the pictures indicated and the beach and promenade were just a couple houses away. I will definitely book with them in the future.

We rented the “Gone Coastal” home this past weekend 11/16-11/19 and we were BLOWN AWAY from the moment we walked in. The whole house was beautiful, renovated, clean, smelled newly house smell. Each of the spacious 5 rooms had a great sized bathroom. Large closets in each room with extra hangers. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. 2 laundry rooms. Open concept home. Both living rooms were great sized for gathering for our families. Everyone loved the home, space, and best of all the price was the greatest hit of all. We called direct to book and seaside vacation homes even helped us score a 15% discount code from the specials they had going on at that time.
During our stay we called to ask where we can find a sponge/brush for our kitchen sink to clean the dishes and they answered immediately and drove it over to us within a few minutes. 5-star service. Truly an amazing team, company and service. Thank you seaside vacation homes for a wonderful home and stay. We’re definitely going to recommend you and looking forward to our next stay with you!

We booked the Shore to Please (1440 Beach Dr) from 7/31/24 to 8/7/24 for our yearly Seaside family vacation. It is the perfect location to drive down to the beach & bring everyone back to hose off in the back yard after a day of boogie boarding! Spacious kitchen to prepare many of our own meals & thankful to find a dog friendly house. We made our reservations for next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in a Seaside Vacation Home. I really appreciated the 5-star level of customer service from the property management team. The house itself was superbly clean, spacious, and walking distance to the beach and shops. We can’t wait to return!

We took a much needed girls trip to the beach on the Eclipse weekend in Oct. we stayed 2 nights 10/13-10/15 at the SeaView Penthouse condo at 900 N Prom. It was beautiful and so greatly appointed. We relaxed and took in the gorgeous view of the beach, waves and Tillamook head. The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed to cook in for Every meal! The fireplace is so toasty! I loved the colors and furniture and luxurious sheets! The master bath and multi headed shower was an experience!!! 💜🙌🏽 I will come back with my family of 4.

We're back again! And, we had a great time with our Son (February 21 - 24, 2024) at 2366 Ocean Vista Drive in Seaside, OR! The house is located near the south end of Seaside in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach. As before, really appreciated the clear communications by Seaside Vacation Homes before, during and after our stay. The house is clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of renting 440 Ave G in Seaside, OR, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was going to be a memorable stay.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Every room was spotless, and it felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

The location of the house couldn't have been better. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short walk from the beach and the bustling promenade. We enjoyed morning strolls along the shore and easy access to the local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

One of the standout features of this rental was how well-stocked it was with amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, from high-quality cookware to a variety of spices and condiments. The bathrooms were equally well-equipped with plush towels. The living area had a selection of board games and books, which provided great entertainment for our family in the evenings.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage and cozy bedding that ensured a good night's sleep.

Overall, our experience renting from Seaside Vacation Homes was fantastic. It was the ideal home away from home, offering cleanliness, a prime location, and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Seaside.

We stayed at Navigation Point house, 1615 N Prom, 7-26 to 8-2. We loved the location as it was just north of the end of the Prom. We looked straight at the ocean and could walk to the beach. It felt like our own private beach and didn’t have the congestion of the beach south of us.
The elevator in the 3 story house, was a game changer. As my 93 year old dad was able to go up and down with ease. It had 2 refrigerators, sub zero freezer and big kitchen. Even the Bonus room had its own kitchenette for the kids.
The hot tub wasn’t working though.

We stayed at the Destress RX condo 361 S Promenade in Seaside, OR..It was a 1 bedroom, 2 bath that was beautifully decorated and just a beautiful condo! It accommodated up to 6 with the pullout couch and extra fold up beds.. Amazing home theater with an electric movie screen with surround sound! We have stayed at these condos once before in a different unit and they don’t disappoint! You are right on the prom, just steps to the main beach approach and the Seaside turn around.. We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing stay! We are three friends traveling to the Oregon Coast for the first time. We stayed at 1211 Beach drive from June 3-June 7 2022. The house was wonderful!! Clean, well-appointed, bright and cheery. The beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets high quality, loved the gas fireplace and hot tub for cool days, and the downstairs is its own living space. We had 3 days of rain and didn't mind a bit! This is a great location for traveling along the coast. Seasode Vacation Homes was responsive and helpful and so great to work with! Everything you need for a wonderful trip! We wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommended!

Our family stayed in The Crows Nest June 30-July 5. The location is great: a short walk to the beach, the aquarium and into town. The back deck has an excellent hot tub and grill! The Seaside Vacation Homes staff is very communicative and responsive which was much appreciated!

We had an amazing weekend in Seaside staying at the Surf Shack.
The location and view of the ocean was pretty amazing. Watching the surfers each morning was fun, especially from the Hot Tub. This would be a great place to watch the surf during a storm. The home was very clean and well stocked with amenities.

Stayed at the 361 S Promenade condo, on May 27-29th, 2023- 2 bed/2bath. Booked through Air BnB and the hosts were very responsive and wonderful to work with! The home was super clean, well furnished, and had all the essentials for our stay at the beach! Wonderful location and great for the price, looked better than the pictures! Was in a great location within walking distance of the downtown, with tons to do. Would recommend to others and stay there again, or in other locations the management has, in the future!
