Big Lots

This Big Lots has been the nicest cleanest store I've been in awhile. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and 3 other employees asked me if I needed any help finding something or if I would like a cart. I went in looking for some home decor items and was pleasantly surprised by the big selection of items. They started stocking up shelves with Halloween and Thanksgiving/fall as well as Christmas items. There's a little of everything here, clothes,food,stationary supplies,beauty and health, electronics, large furniture, garden,pet care, storage supplies, hardware and automotive. MASKS are required, and I seen curbside pickup is available if you prefer to shop online. And the checkout was fast and quick. prices are reasonable I found myself saying alot "oh wow thats a good price" on lots of stuff as well as "hmm that's kinda pricey, ill look for this somewhere else". Too bad the Big lots closest to my house isn't as clean and stocked as this store, whenever I'm in the area I always make time to come to this store, I always come out with a bag full of stuff :)

It’s always hot in that store. I don’t know how the employees can even stand it but they seem to and they’re always friendly despite the heat but they are upper management needs to handle that heat problem. It’s ridiculous.

Roman was a big help this weekend helping me get set up for a party today! He has great communication skills and very knowledgeable about pricing and getting the best bang for my buck! I will definitely return to this location just because of him. Thank you again Roman!

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores. Wish we actually had one in Rancho Cordova like we did years ago when it was called McFrugals!

They have everything you do and don't need all in one place.

Love this place. It's always clean, well lit, and I constantly changing inventory. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They may not have everything, and they may have some things you've never heard of but you'll always be pleasantly surprised by the variety and the quality.

Very clean! Staff were kind and helpful. They were sold out on a fair amount of things but I'm going to Blane that on COVID. I will definitely come back!! Their customer service was stellar!

They have some good stuff

I was shppping for a recliner that was advertised as on sale and they did not have any left ! I was so disappointed but luis a sales clerk took the time to show me all the recliners offered in online ad and also call all area big lots and find me one that i could purchase that day and he actually had to wait on hold several times to find me my chair !!! Very good customer service ... I will drive the extra miles to revisit this store had a good experience Thanks Luis !

This store has so much stuff. Unfortunately it’s good selection isn’t the healthiest. But I never leave the store empty handed. Candles, shower curtains, and cheap Blu-ray movies for the win!

I love this store. They closed down for remodeling not too long ago and have recently opened back up and im so excited. Great prices for great items.

Wife and I loved this store and is close to home. Was our favorite store. They closed up this store last summer (2018). Wasn't 100% certain if they we're gonna remodel and reopen or just gone. WELCOME BACK!!!! We're so happy this store is back! We'll be going there weekly for our household stuff, snacks and whatever. It'll be fun. Lol!

Can't wait to see the new remodel, it is not permanently closed. Why someone took it upon themselves to put it's closed should not be a local guide. Update: The store looks great and the employees are friendly

Always super friendly staff!

It's a great local store for all those quick trip to pick up needful items. Staff is always friendly. Really miss it while the remodel is in progress.

This store could get one in trouble if they're trying to stick to a budget! There are so many affordable things at such great quality that it's hard not to walk out with more than you intended to buy when you first left for the store.

A little small but very well kept. Lots of home decor options. Great store. Happy to have one near my office. The one by my house closed.
