I just love this vet. My co-workers at Tri Hi Transportation gave me the recommendation. One of the best I have found. Being an OTR Truck Driver, it is very difficult for me to find a vet for my shepherd that can accommodate my schedule.

The staff are amazing here. So warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. It is basically a one stop shop for my dog needs. They have a the dog food and treats as well for additional purchase.

What struck me was how clean and organized they were. Most vet offices smell of pets. However, not here. My allergies did not kick in.

I truly recommend here. You cannot go wrong placing their care for your beloved pet.

Great place to take your furry loved ones. I have had no issues getting appointments for my 4 dogs. My dad took his very old dog here to put him down, and they had an appointment the next day after we called. They were sympathetic and very understanding about my dad's wishes. He never took his pets here, and they helped him immensely in his time of need. They have always treated myself and my animals with respect, compassion, and very knowledgeable.

Literally the best vet I have been to and I have lived in three states with my Loki. They rushed me right in, no wait ! They got to the root of the issue and the price was very affordable. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Loki says thank you for making him normal again!

First time taking one of my pets there & now I will be taking all of them there! Very reasonable prices & all of the staff was so friendly, they made us feel comfortable & welcomed. They explained everything to me thoroughly which put me at ease. Although, I'm sure my "little man" wasn't as happy when he found out he was really a "little lady"! We got a good laugh & now my kitten will be wearing pink collars instead of blue! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Kate is amazing with my babies, and all of the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The doctor tries to find the safest most effective way to treat your babies without being invasive if possible

Kind and compassionate staff. One of the best vets I've ever been to.

I am so blown away with the care we received for our beloved dog Opie. They were able to get us in right away, since then we had to make the heartbreaking decision put him to rest. He battled cancer for 3 months and during those 3 months his vet was there for us. We received his remains today and I cannot stress how thoughtful they are with your loved pet. I cried so many tears and I am so very thankful for everything. I will be forever grateful.

Best Vet clinic around!! EVERYONE is so friendly and know what they are doing. Hailey is one of the nicest, sweetest people ever and truly cares and loves every single pet that walks through the door, they all do actually. I and I know many more who drive over an hour and past other vets because they truly are the Best!! If you truly love your pet this is the place to go.

*Update* I love these people! They treat you and your pets like a top notch pediatrician would your kiddos. I'm always so impressed with them; and every interaction, whether on the phone or in person, has been stellar.
Our kitten fell very ill and our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks, in fact, everyone we called wouldn't see him for a month out. They saw us right away, fitting us in to thier busy schedule, didn't gouge us or run unnecessary tests, and were compassionate and kind.
He passed away a few days later but thanks to them he had pain control and we had some information about what was going on.
They were patient and kind and readily answered my questions before and after our baby left. We will be using them from here on out. They really do care and it shows.

The vet and staff are always willing to get me an appointment for my cat or get him meds whenever needed.

The Vet and her team saved my Zoey's life after a hit and run driver left her screaming on my front porch. They were kind and professional in every aspect of this horrible incident. 100% best animal Dr I have ever been too.

Great place, thinking of switching vets because the vet here is so caring. They at least tell you up front what needs to be done.
Then WI doesn't have a lot of major services except in the big cities like Madison or Milwaukee. And that is sad for pet parents.

Absolutely caring and attentive to your animals needs. There is good reason to their name being "Best Friends" as they treat your family member like a best friend. I've gone to them for several instances with my large German Shepherd/Husky mix dogs and they work well with your concerns to lay any worries to rest. They also understand that not all dogs are excessively nice, and they make sure all feel safe and welcome. Absolutely would recommend Dr. Kate and her staff to anyone and everyone.

Dexter thoroughly enjoys visiting Best Friends. The staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist. Their helpfulness is truly commendable.

Can't say enough about Best Friends. My usual local vet, which I have gone to for 8 years refused to see my dog for at least 9 days as they don't accommodate emergencies. Best Friends squeezed him in same day.
They certainly earned our business!

Immediately felt good about the place walking thru the door. Very friendly, sincerely caring staff that made every attempt to ease the anxiety of our dog without drugging her. Planning on transferring our dogs records from our current vet to Best Friends. Very thorough exam compared to what we got from the previous vet.

The staff there are wonderful and the Vet is amazing. I had been taking my sick dog to another vetinary and not once did they take the time to look at my dog but charged me almost 200$ a time. My dog Owen just kept getting sicker, I called Best Friends Animal care and they got him in right away, the vet took the time to check him out and was happy that she could help.
She did a biopsy and ruled out cancer and now she is treating him for something else.
