Was at Zanesville Maple Ave location for a warranty issue on Tuesday. Greeted by Morgan. Very professional. Ended up being helped By Michael as well. Replacement phone was shipped overnight. Returned today. Greeted initially, and helped b Jackson. Follow up help was Michael again, as He was more familiar with the issue. Best experience I've ever had with a phone company. Props.

Mike is very good at his job. Normally I wouldn't give 5 stars but was informed that if I didn't he would have to be retrained. As an army officer we always gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. He is very good at his job.

The service I recieved was quick, simple, and informative. I believe Krista was the name of the lady who assisted me. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I am glad to see that some places still prioritize there customer servie.

I went in because I was having trouble with my old phone. Rachel looked at my phone and explained that the tray on my phone wasn't holding in my sim card. She showed me a couple options I had for upgrades. I told her I'd come back when I had more time. When I came back she helped me get everything switched over. She showed me some of the accessories I could use with my new phone but wasn't pushy. I felt comfortable and will definitely be back in the near future.

This was my first time there and I tell you I will be back!!!! Customer service was so great I had Amanda and Ashley which was a new girl and they both went beyond to get me what I needed I will do business with these ladies again

Michael was extremely patient and knowledge when my husband and I upgraded our phones. We were very pleased with our service . Very commendable.
