Had a seamless experience at Mattress Firm in Hampton Bays over the weekend. Candace was excellent at identifying the right mattresses to fit our entire home. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Appreciate how easy she made it. Well priced too.

Candice was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the end of the night and she had no problem moving mattresses around to help us find the perfect match. We didn’t intend to buy but she was so awesome we ended up leaving with a new King mattress for us and mattresses for our children too!! We are so happy with our purchase and Candace was awesome!

My Sleep Expert, Shaun, is the consummate salesman and customer service professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was super stressed about finding a great mattress within my price range and Candace was so extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable about that bed would work with me being pregnant and uncomfortable and was accommodating to my budget. The customer service alone that she has shown me is enough to make me a returning customer for sure!!

By asking follow up questions after each try, we quickly found the perfect one. He then set up a delivery date that was convenient for me. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Phillip the manager ( I think) was awesome. Greeted us when we walked in, asked stools of what we like kinda a while what where feeling to give us great choices. Poked a mattress and was out of the store within 1/2 hour. I would def come back and see Phillip because he made shopping for a mattress like a dream!!

I need a mattress for a platform bed I had built. Within 10 minutes of walking in the door I have found what I needed for a price that I liked. Salesman was very helpful and not too pushy as I have experienced with some other sales people other places. Very knowledgeable and was able to recommend options that were in line with my vague comfort description. I'd definitely go back, but I think I have a mattress for the next 10 years so, maybe I'll see them again then.

Jeanne was fantastic and tentative while being diligent in following up with our experience. She helped us with exchanging a firm bed that was hurting our backs with an extra firm bed that feels like heaven.
