It’s been a few months but my salesman Tito helped my wife and find high quality yet cost effective appliances. He found us a fridge, dishwasher, stove, and TV. We found a great microwave too but the previous owner left theirs which he made it easy to put the money we paid for the microwave towards our other appliances. I will be recommending Tito to all of my friends who buy houses! 5/5

In the Southampton store , Kari was our sales person and it was the most seamless experience we had. We have bought many items from PC Richards in the past at other locations, but have never had such a wonderful experience. I want to give a massive shout out to Sal, the store manager in Southampton, and Kari, The person handling our account, for responding very quickly when the first refrigerator that we received didn’t work. The units were installed when scheduled and the 2 person crew that installed them (and took away the old units) were great. They were polite, efficient, and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kari at Pc Richards Southampton. I am out of town and she was instrumental in ordering measuring and arranging the insulation of a new dryer. Furthermore , she went the extra mile to contact the person staying at my house and gave him detailed info and support throughout the process.

If you are shopping for a new appliance, I’ve got the man for you - Bruce at PC Richards in Southampton! After a long bout dealing unsuccessfully with service for my washing machine which was still under warrranty, I decided to go to the store to try and solve my problem. Luckily Bruce was there to save the day and my summer! He was knowledgeable about my machine, quickly did the research on its past issues and knew who to touch base with to get me a credit towards a new machine. He made a recommendation for the new washer and set up delivery for next day. Bruce gave me hope that some people actually know how to do their job and excel at making “stuff” happen! I would like to share how impressed I’ve been with Kari and the entire staff in Southhampton.
Time is of the essence and we need a full unit replacement on a unit that’s 10 years old but with custom wood panels that match the entire galley.
Kari and her team reviewed the specs and will do an onsite survey if needed. They procured a unit in record time and nothing short of 100 % satisfaction is guaranteed.

Just completed a purchase of a new gas dryer with Stephen. He was excellent. God bless him is the most patient and helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision, stayed with us the whole time, and gave us all the information we needed about many different models. He always supported us no matter what our decision was or how many times we changed our minds. If I make another purchase, I will definitely deal only with him.

I was in a tight situation : I needed to buy a TV, over the phone, and get it delivered within the hour to a demanding tenant. Dave, my salesperson, understood the situation and handled it like a true professional! He understood my needs, we found a model, completed the transaction, and he opened it and tested it, all in the time it took an Uber driver to reach the store. Dave and team loaded it in the vehicle and now my tenant is happy, which makes me happy, and hopefully this review will make the whole PC Richard team happy too because they have a really competent sales team who understands what customer service means. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
