Cute small business serving breakfast, baked goods, etc. I came here in off-season (November) and it was a welcome walkable option in the morning with friendly staff and an adorable beach-themed outdoor area. Yes, the prices are on the steeper side, but if you want less expensive food, leave the Hamptons. My açaí bowl was yummy, my mimosa the perfect OJ-champagne ratio, and the hot chai latte as good as any I’ve had. In a weekend of disappointing expensive food, this was actually our standout favorite.

Great little place to get breakfast lunch and dinner. Just had a breakfast wrap and it was fantastic, friendly service and cool atmosphere. Hey have a lot of cool things on the shelves to buy and I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner. Worth the trip.

We came here for breakfast on a Friday and found the food to be great. It’s a small operation so it’s not the fastest service but the outdoor seating is nice and everyone was friendly.

The young girls working there were so great and accommodating! They really made the atmosphere a lot of fun! The latte was great and I loved the quick lunch I was able to get. Loved sitting on the patio with the local doggos!

Great service. By 3rd day they new who I was and was ready to get me my usual order.

Very relaxed outdoor atmosphere. Cheeseburgers were deliscious. Ice cold Montauk beer too!

Ordered takeout for lunch. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was quick. The fries were nice and crispy and my husband loved the açaí bowl.

Lovely experience. My girlfriends mother said the fish tacos were the best she’s ever had! Wonderful vibe as well!

Was completely blown away by the food here! Hands down the best fish & chips I've ever had. Even the brewed ice tea was excellent!! Decorated in fun nautical motif, very comfy open air dining Will absolutely come back!!

my favorite breakfast spot in the hamptons - great coffee, breakfast sandwiches on fluffy brioche buns. parfaits are great. nice atmosphere, feels like beachy vacation. love the staff.

Got coffee here with a friend! Very cool vibe. Great place to spend the morning or brunch with friends. Everyone’s so nice.

Stopped at the Hamlet for a snack. My wife and I shared a chicken salad (in a plastic container, self serve refrigerator) and crab cakes. Both were delicious, the crab cakes we the size of a very large snowball and delicious serve with chopped pimiento and thousands island. Nice outdoors and casual.

Stopped by for sandwiches on the way out to Ponguoge beach several times this summer. Each time was a pleasure. The food was fresh and tasty, the portions were generous, the staff was friendly, the service was fast. This operation deserves praise.Thanks guys, see you next year for sure.

One of the best breakfast sandwiches we've had in a while. The lines can get really long but they move fast, and the place has plenty of outdoor seating.
