They did a couple of jobs for me.
The last one they just completed was a big project upgrading my electrical system (grounding, changing outlets, and bringing it up to code). They promptly addressed and resolved any issues that came up. John was here a couple of times so I remember his name but ALL the workers at my home and that I dealt with otherwise - Mike W, Derrick(?), the other guys, the scheduler, and an owner or manager who called me (sorry I forgot their names) and including office workers when I stopped by were excellent - very nice, patient, understanding. All around excellent in a word. They did good work at a good price. I only wish I knew about them sooner and had the work done years ago. Am beyond happy I finally asked around my neighbor referred them to me!! They are one of the best businesses I dealt with!

Ryan is our supplier, installer, maintainer of our generator. Recently we had our first need for it and it worked perfectly. Our AC later had an issue and our repair person was not as familiar with generators. I contacted Ryan and spoke with a tech and I was able to help my AC repair person feel at ease about his repair.

Mike Workman (Senior Estimator) and the two gentlemen that came out to do the actual work were very professional. First time user (after the derecho) and will only be using Ryan Electric going forward! I personally took my payment (in person) because that’s how satisfied I was with the work. Thanks team Ryan!

Ryan Electric installed a TV above my fireplace. The fee was reasonable and the service was prompt. The staff who came out were very personable and professional. Installation was done promptly and communication was appropriate. We've remodeled multiple homes over the last 14 years and used many contractors. Over the last 2 years contractors have not been very responsive, regularly stating they are very busy. We've been concerned that this industry has lost focus on customer response and needs. We did not experience this with Ryan. We will use them again, likely in a few weeks, and recommend them highly.

Needed ONE thing replaced and was okay with the 3 week scheduling time but they found a way to work us in! Super nice, clean and respectful...also really cool to see the experienced teaching the trade to the new sparky!

Great work, made the appointment process easy and worked well with someone who’s remote most of the time.

Recently bought our home, only to find out the backup system did not work. We called Ryans in somewhat of a panic due to large amounts of frozen goods. Instead of pushing an emergency call on us they assured us everything would be fine until business hours the next day or until power was restored. The next day they showed up and fixed our back up Generator. John was very professional and explained the entire back up system to us. Would highly recomend Ryans to everyone.
