Got my Jotul 602 part delivered within days, ordered Friday, installed into my stove on Monday! Great customer service, thank you!!

I've ordered from Woodman's several times now (within a couple weeks) for parts for a rebuild of my Vermont Castings Vigilant II. Every time I've gotten exactly what I ordered, carefully packed, with invoice included. Prices for both parts and shipping are very reasonable (well, shipping costs are as reasonable as can be expected when shipping heavy cast iron parts) and the turnaround time has been very quick. For one of my orders, I called in and a very nice woman helped me figure out what I needed. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Based on my experiences I would not hesitate to order from them in the future. Super awesome!

My door handle assembly on my long-since discontinued Jotul was hanging on by a thread to where I didn't feel safe leaving a fire going at night should it pop off completely. I got turned on to Woodman's by my local Jotul dealer who said he was just too short-staffed to deal with parts right now.
I ordered the part from Woodman's, who not only had this older part in stock, but who got it here in Amazonian speed- within 2 business days. I was originally afraid of having to burn oil for a few weeks while I waited for it (my wallet and I are in a competition with myself to avoid burning oil -truly black gold in this economy- at all costs while I have a barn full of wood), but I didn't need to wait much at all.
I securly installed my new door handle assembly less than 3 days after ordering. Hopefully this old stove keeps chugging for awhile now and I don't need any more parts for it, but should I, I'll be going straight to Woodman's. A hearty thank you to you folks on the Woodman's team should you read these reviews!

I purchased a replacement blower for my Travis Industries wood stove and found the price to be 15% lower with shipping than my local dealer that is 30 miles away. The customer service was top notch and I received the part before the time they said I would have it. I will definitely use them again in the future for any replacement parts!

Very helpful people. I called to see if they had the part in stock, they checked and confirmed that they had it, and I then drove to pick it up. When I arrived, they were very helpful in helping me find what extras I needed to make the part swap in my stove go smoothly. I see a lot of bad reviews here, and while I don't doubt those experiences, mine was completely positive and friendly. I would happily do business with them again in the future.

Just spoke with Brenda. She was incredibly helpful. I was trying to order glass and clips and screws for our old Jotul and much loved woodburing stove. She understood my confusion, being old and not quite knowing what I needed to order and she was so professional and pleasant. I greatly appreciate her help.

In contrast to some other reviews, my incorrect order was quickly remedied and made good faster than I ever expected.
Online retail is a difficult and seemingly impersonal kind of business. Woodman's doesn't sell widgets and T-shirts, but rather solutions to problems.
As a customer I ask only that companies do their level best.
And I am pleased that that is exactly what they did. Thanks Woodman's!

I'm confused over the negative reviews. I ordered a replacement griddle top for our vermont castings and the next day it was at my doorstep...actually less than 24 hrs? It fit perfectly and was priced less than anyone else.

I have an older wood stove and thought I might have difficulty getting a replacement door handle that would fit. I found one here and ordered it at noon on Thursday. It was on my porch in Maine on Friday afternoon.
This is incredible. I could not be happier with the handle and the exceptionally fast service

Purchased grates for Harman Furnace. Cheapest price and prompt delivery. I was worried due to the previous reviews and called to check. Spoke with a person on the first attempt and parts were delivered on the fifth day after ordering.

Prompt service and the correct part. Made my order online and within a week I had the replacement glass for my stove delivered. Would defibitely do business with them again.

I ordered some items to have shipped and the folks called me right away to confirm shipping or pick up. I picked up my parts and they had them for me when I got there. I would do business there again.

Great place to find hard to find stove parts as well as accesories. Freindly and helpful employees. The store is in a beautiful setting at the border of the New Hampshire lakes region and the White Mountains.

Lots of parts. Always try to help. Be polite and they will do what they can.. good country folk.
