Hands down, some of the best people to use when booking travel. I was apart of a group booking for Washington, DC back in 2019 and they were awesome from start to finish. I used them myself in 2021 to book a trip to Portland, Maine and just needed flights and a rental car. When we checked in at the counter for the rental car, we ran into some issues on Budget's side of things, we called Travel Gallery and Lisa helped Budget navigate their issues with our rental and we were actually upgraded with the vehicle. Being able to have Lisa's help took a very stressful situation and brought calm with a great solution. Now I have had several trips quoted and every time, they are amazing. Will always recommend people to them!

What a wonderful group of people! Colleen did such a wonderful job finding me exactly what I needed for a last minute trip to see our oldest daughter for her birthday. They as a group answered all my silly questions as we are new to flying! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! I will back to plan future travel!

We used the Travel Gallery for a trip to the Dominican Republic. It was OK. I hate European snobs. Maybe it was the resort, maybe it was my inexperience, maybe they could have worked harder. It was ok. We will give then another shot here shortly.

Will never book a trip through them again. So disorganized. Have had to spend countless hours on the phone with delta before we leave for our vacation because all of our flight information (names, sky mikes numbers, etc.) are messed up. Would have been better off just booking ourselves. Booked a different vacation a few years ago to the Dominican and this is basically a repeat. Go somewhere else that actually knows how to book a vacation

Do you recall how you allowed my estranged Wife fraudulently book a trip to Aruba with my son and Girlfriend using a post-it-note credit card 5 years ago? I had to threaten you to reverse the fraudulent charges as you claimed there was no refunds!! I threatened to go to VISA with these facts. I have booked trips to The Dominican Republic with you previously. I hope that you struggle like I did. I am back on my feet and the world will know who you are.
