Jessi gave me hair extensions. I never imagined I could feel good in my hair again! She was warm, funny, and really cared about making me look and feel beautiful! 10/10 recommend. The environment of the salon was great too! Great vibes!

Highly recommend Natural Roots Salon. I’ve never put more trust into a stylist than Paige Holm. She is very thorough and makes me feel like a new person every single time I walk out. I have really dark hair so any bleaching treatment has always been a little scary for me until I sat in her chair. She will take such great care of you with any hair type!

I enjoy my experience at Natural Roots salon. Everyone is so welcoming, and it is Owner Kelsie has a GREAT TEAM! I've seen stylist Jessi Ruprcht, and she absolutely wonderful to work with. This salon is outstanding!!! I first gave it a shot about a year ago when I reached out over Facebook messenger to see about any weekend availability. They quickly responded and I was able to get in with Sierra. She did a phenomenal job and treated me amazing. Her kind and genuine personality had me feeling like I’d been a client of hers for years instead of for the first time. Now that’s what I will be. I’ve gone back to Sierra and will continue to go back to her for a long time to come. She is worth every single bit of my 2 hour drive to see her and more!!! She is understanding, funny, passionate, and I really feel pampered when I sit in her chair. She takes her time and has great attention to detail! I also used Natural Roots for my wedding, they traveled to my location and knocked out my hair and 6 other ladies hair in record time and it was flawless. Like truly!!! The new salon is stunning and such a great environment to be in. I was just there for Sierra to work her magic again and left happier than ever again because of her work!

I got my hair done by Jada and she’s the absolute BEST!! My hair always turns out just how I want it and she’s super sweet and kind. They use all natural products and i always leave the salon with my hair feeling and looking amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend :)

I started going to Jada when she was in cosmetology school and was thrilled when I learned she was going to work in a salon near by. She gives so much attention to detail in her work and my daughter and I love our results each time we have an appointment.

Me and my daughter both saw Lexi and loved our hair. She did a wonderful job cutting, coloring and styling it. I haven’t had a haircut from someone and like it, in a long time. So glad I found a great stylist.

I had my hair done by Kelsie and LOVED how it turned out! I showed her a picture but told her I wasn't 100% confident about going as plum as the picture so she told me she knew what to do and said she thought I would be happy with it. I trusted her and loved how it turned out!! I also told her how I don't have the best luck with Color sticking to my hair very long and she suggested a pigmented deep conditioner to help brighten the color and last longer. I will definitely be back and am thinking I am ready to go more plum!

I have been a client of natural roots now for a few years. Starting from the small, cute little salon that Kelsie created in the town of Buffalo, now expanded to a new full service beautiful salon downtown Buffalo. There is an a time you don’t walk in there and come out feeling a million bucks! The salon is beautiful, the staff is amazing, there are so many fun events, and every service you could want ❤🙌 thank you today for my beautiful color and extensions kelsie!

I had Paige cut my hair and she did a really good job on it. Recommend it to anyone looking for a new person cut their hair.

I love seeing Lexi for all things hair! If you don’t know what you want done, she does! She has so much insight on style, product, etc.

Updated- now i have Josie as my stylist. She is great and personable. She gives me the "hidden" purple highlights I love. So happy to have found her. I also like the "new" Natural Roots salon and you've opened it up so much.

I saw Donna for an eyelash lift and tint. She did such a great job! She explains everything she is doing and answered all of my questions. Such a sweet person! I drove 3.5 hours to see her. I will be back!

Staff is so incredible and I always leave the salon feeling amazing! They make you feel so welcomed and it is always such a good time getting to catch up with Sam!

I’ve been going to Sierra for years! She gets it right every time! She’s very transparent and honest! I went dark brown for the fall and want to go bright blonde for the summer and she has helped me reach my goal! I would definitely recommend Sierra!

I have been a client of Kelsie Schoenecker back when she was up in st cloud. She did hair and makeup for my wedding party and myself. Love how she treats everyone like you been friends with her for years. When she moved down to Buffalo I still made the trip from where I was living at the time (Holdingford) all the way to Buffalo just to have her cut/style/color and so much more for my kids hair and myself. She and all her employees are amazing. I have referred her and her employees to my family, friends, and coworkers. Everyone that has come to her salon has been very happy with there experience.
