Our kids love Perkins. Went right after church a couple times lately. Service has been quicker than when we went about a year ago. They seem better staffed now as well. We had been going to the Monticello location but might start going to this one more again.

I had the best waitress, the best food, and amazing atmosphere. Madison was my waitress and she made sure that we were getting what we needed, refilled our drinks whenever we needed it and was super friendly. The food was also super amazing, I got the Country Skillet and it’s always tasted amazing every time I go there. I will keep coming to Buffalo Perkins

Well staffed location, plenty of wait staff in the dinning room and apparently enough staff in the kitchen to keep up with the orders.

We have a wheelchair bound person, we were seated immediately upon arrival at a convenient table far from the front door so we would be out of the way with the wheelchair. The hostess asked me which table we would like, closer to the door or away from the traffic.

Our order was taken and brought out promptly.
My father in law was able to eat everything (he has some trouble chewing) and my wife said her meal was good. I had the BLT sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the bacon was cooked to perfection (in my opinion most restaurants over/under cook bacon - it's either soft and chewy or burnt), this bacon was perfectly crispy! Exactly how I cook it at home. 🤠😋.

My only real negative about this Perkins was the wheelchair access ramp and sidewalk, they are getting pretty beat up and bumpy. Wheelchair users hate bumps. They are hard to navigate and wheelchairs don't have springs or shocks so the rider is jarred hard with each bump.

I meet five friends for lunch and our waitress was very friendly and handled our orders with ease. She left a pitcher of ice water for us which we appreciated. Also, she had no problem with making individual bills for each of us.

Everyone enjoyed their meal and she gave us plenty to eat and talk before she brought us our bills.

If you pay witn cash the waitress can take care of it. Otherwise, if you use credit card you pay up front as you leave.

Came here after my surgery at the Buffalo hospital and I was in heaven to say the least. The experience was so good and the food was everything I could have asked for. I looked forward to going here for so long and it absolutely did not disappoint! Even though the waitress was super tired she did such a great job taking care of me and my friend. I will always come back to this restaurant and it will always be my favorite place to eat.

I have always loved Perkins and every where I go I know that the huge US flag will draw me in. Today was wonderful and my server Brynn was very nice and she was so upbeat and welcoming me making sure that I was taken good care of. The whole staff are hard workers and enjoy their place of work. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back. God bless you all.

Love Perkins. Very friendly staff and great food

They were awesome. We showed up 30 minutes before closing on January 1st, and they didn't even blink an eye. There were 10 people in our group, 6 children and 4 adults. The service was good and the food arrived quickly. No complaints here.

Sat quick. Food came quickly, and was good. Servers were friendly.

We were warmly greeted and promptly seated with our drink order taken. Food arrived quickly and was delicious! Our server was prompt, kind and pleasant!

They are under staff and need to hire more employees. But that again perkins is probably one of those restaurants that will shut their doors in the next few years.

5 stars just because of our server. Her name is Nevaeh! She is absolutely wonderful! Super accommodating with seating and food requests. The best server we have had in a long time! It was short staffed so she was doing everything when we were there we told the general manager how amazing she was and ran to grab cash after our meal to tip her extra so it doesn’t get taxed and the manger was literally mad at us when we came back and asked for her by name. She said she was doing a task for the manger and she’ll be out when she is done we just wanted to hand her a 20$ bill for going above and beyond! So we waited for a bit. I know the managers new and not from the restaurant business but come on we’re just appreciating your amazing employee. Maybe she was just too stressed to handle and simple request. Food was good! It took a while but we didn’t mind waiting. Nevaeh told us straight up it’s gonna be a while so we were chilling. Shout out to our server top notch service! I wish I had an employee like her!

I was seated right away, my waitress came right away to give us our drink! We had the build a breakfast and everything was so tasty! Wait on the food was so quick! I am definitely going back to this Perkins.

The Sweet tea there is amazing. The food was hot and I really liked there shrimp. And our waiter was great. He never let us run out of a drink always checking on us.we didn't have to wait long on food the only thing I seen that was wrong was the floor looked damaged and looked like it needed vacuuming.

Nice atmosphere. The servers were friendly and checked on us several times to see if we wanted refills. Nice place to eat.

Food was fast and fresh service was also good.

Yall gotta give me free food for this review

Very busy for the 4th, had to wait for seating but a young man took our order right away and the food came out right after and it was delicious.
