Ordered a new hood for my riviera and other than a computer error it arrived sooner then i expected and very happy with the results

Have scored parts for several old cars there. Doing a freshen-up on a 66 Cadillac, David happily helped me with control arms and a trim piece. Fun place to look around too!

I have done business with them for years. I do not know where the idea of being ripoffs comes from, but my dealings have always been fair and aboveboard. I would recommend you deal with these folks and make your own decisions. The reviews, and my experience, speak to the contrary of being dishonest.

A few years back. I was looking to shake out a car deal with French Lake Auto Parts Inc. When I was assisted by their technicians I was treated with the utmost respect. Actually the title and sales team together did a great job. In conclusion I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking to purchase. It was not due to their team at all. I simply found a vehicle more to my liking.

Amendment 7-30-2020; 1971 VW Beetle found its way to us. To only be brought from the Steel Grave Yard and Recycling . On it's way to the California Beaches again !

I live in Florida and drive a 27-year-old F-150. It's a truck I absolutely love and won't give up. I just keep fixing it. I needed a hard to find and very specific part. I couldn't find it anywhere in my home state of Florida, called more than 50 places. Online French Lake Auto Parts is the only place I could find in the entire nation that had the part. Was going to order it, but online the only option was regular economy shipping. I was in a pinch and needed the part as soon as possible. I couldn't wait a week or so for it to arrive from Minnesota to Florida.

I called French Lake Auto Parts around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday and explained the situation. Was basically told overnight shipping is not something most people ask for and they don't really do a whole lot of it.

End result was the part was immediately boxed up while I was still on the phone with them and was brought to a FedEx location to be dropped off for overnight shipping within a couple hours of when I called. It was on a plane that same night according to the package tracking. Very friendly service, it took more than one phone call within a half hour or so to get everything squared away, since my situation was complicated, through the entire process the service was absolutely outstanding. The woman I talked to, can't remember her name, went above and beyond to listen to my situation and help me. And also to the gentleman who went to a FedEx store on his way home from work at French Lake Auto Parts to drop off my part to be overnighted, and leave me a voicemail letting me know what the tracking number for the package was, many many thanks.

It's not often in this modern day that you get such outstanding service. And the price of the part was very fair, all around an amazing experience. Thank you so much

These guys always go above and beyond when I need a part for my classic cars... I purchase from there ebay site... If I need a part they are instant to respond and very very affordable on there prices.. Unlike some junk yards that want to charge you double than new price, French lake always charges a fair price for there Salvage parts for vehicles... I will be sticking with them for many future purchases.....

By far the best place to go and look at cars and parts on your own, people are vary respectful, and have the most cars ever seen. one of the few that let you walk in the yard

David is super helpful and really knows his parts! I personally know Floyd and Skip, they have some of the best inventory around and can find anything you need, fast! I have been buying parts there for over46 years!! Love junkyards and theirs is my favorite!!!!

Kody with the customer service was helpful in finding the wing vent assemblies for my 49 Chevy Fleetline. Reasonable price.

I will update when I receive them and confirm they are the correct assemblies, but overall so far in the process they have been great to work with.

I should not have given them a bad review. They totally took care of me. I would have updated my review a long time ago but forgot I even did a review. I actually owe them an apology.

I ordered an 04 liberty transmission from them. It looked like trash on arrival. After my shop installed it. Just like it looked it was junk. They will not respond to me or eBay despite several attempts. My mechanic really thinks there selling core transmission that need rebuilt. He’s probably right. This is a very high risk company to buy from. Don’t waste your money.

This was easily my best experience buying parts from an auto recycler. The rep I worked with was responsive and a clear communicator. They pulled and shipped my parts (to Minneapolis) very quickly, and the parts were exactly as described. They even included a "thank you card" in the box.

Bought a headlight for a 2001 pontiac bonneville. It looked better in person than the pictures. Delivery was fast. Showed up 3 days earlier than posted arrival date. Prices were half what everyone else was charging.
